Note: The Physical and Health Instructor eligibility test is conducted for 2.5 hours. The exam is conducted in 2 sections of 50 marks each having a total of 100 MCQ. the two sections consist of questions from GK and the specific subject respectively

Bihar STET Preparation
The biggest question that arises after going through the exam pattern is how to start preparing for the BSTET exam. The syllabus might look vast and complicated for a beginner but in this section candidates will be able to find subject wise guidelines for preparation.
- Languages – Urdu/Hindi/Sanskrit/English
For language sections comprehension skills is essential.
Paragraph based questions are mostly asked for language papers.
Candidates can practice those types of questions.
Candidates can also put in effort to improve their vocabulary and grammar with the help of the videos available on YouTube and other learning platforms
- Mathematics
For mathematics, NCERT textbooks are the best way to go.
Solving questions given in the Example sections is also a good practie.
Geometry and Trigonometry based questions of the same model as provided in the NCERT textbooks are often asked.

- Science
Previous year question papers and mock tests are the best way to score more points in the section.

For Paper I Physics, Chemistry and Biology of class IX and X should be referred to and for Paper II Science text from XI and XII

Bihar STET Admit Card
Candidates can download Bihar STET 2022 admit card from the official website of the Bihar School Examination Board at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. They can login using their BSTET roll number, security key and password to download their admit card. The BSTET 2022 admit card will have details like the candidate’s name, photograph and signature, date, time and venue of the exam and general instructions for the candidate. The print out of the admit card along with a valid original photo identity proof are mandatory for BSTET.
Bihar STET Answer Key
The provisional answer key releases under the circulars and press releases section of the official website of Bihar School Examination Board at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. BSTET 2022 answer key could be utilized by the candidates to find their tentative score. If any incorrect answers are noticed in the answer key of BSTET 2022, candidates can challenge the answer key with proof to back the claim. After the time for challenging the answer key is closed, the BSEB publishes the final/revised answer key.
Bihar STET Result
The Bihar STET result will be released on the official website of BSEB at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can visit the website and click on the “Results” tab on the dashboard. A PDF file containing roll numbers of the candidates who qualified in BSTET 2022 opens. Candidates, if qualified, can find their roll number amongst them by entering Cntrl+F followed by their BSTET roll number. Those who qualify the Bihar STET examination will be handed a certification by the BSEB proving eligibility as a secondary level teacher. The certification awarded will have a lifetime validity and is valid only in the state of Bihar.
Bihar STET Cut Off Marks
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) decides the Bihar STET cut off marks and releases it in the official notification itself. The candidates must qualify the decided cut off marks in order to become Bihar STET qualified.

About BSEB
The Bihar School Examination Board or BSEB was established in 1952 as a statutory body under section 3 of Bihar School Examination Act. This 70 year old institution was founded by the Government of Bihar. Bihar School Examination Board conducts various state level examinations including Teachers eligibility tests like BTET, BSTET etc. BSEB also conducts departmental examinations such as Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education for Bihar state, Simultala Residential Entrance Examinations, Examination for Diploma in Elementary Education etc.
