How will the BSNL JAO 2017 result be estimated?
BSNL will prepare a Circle wise merit list on the basis of score acquired by the registered candidates and the available vacancies. The scores will be considered in descending manner. The Circle in which the candidate may be appointed has to be selected by the candidate at the time of the registration. The cut off of the merit list will be decided by BSNL. The appearance of the candidates’ name in BSNL’s merit list does not offer them a job. Only an appointment letter received by candidates after complete document verification proves so.
After Result
The candidates selected on the basis of the merit list will have to sign a bond for a period of 5 years. The period of 5 years will be considered from the candidate will be appointed as JAO. The Bond period is subjected to change.
The selected candidates will go through a training before being appointed. If candidates do not clear the pre-appointment training in the first attempt, they will be given a second chance. Upon failing the second chance as well, such candidates will not be appointed as JAO and will have to appear in the Direct Recruitment Exam again.
