Paper I; which will consist of questions on General English for 100 marks. Syllabus consists of spelling, correct use of words, correctness of sentences, use of common phrases, synonyms, antonyms, punctuation. Exam will be of 90 minutes duration.

Paper II; will be “Dictation and Transcription” of 400 marks. Dictation will be for 6 minutes followed by transcription of notes in candidates own handwriting for an hour.

Paper III; will be Typing for 100 marks. Required speed is minimum 30 w.p.m. The test will be of 10 minutes.

Personality test; to assess computer operation knowledge. Candidates will be called for “Personality Test” on basis of result of all three papers.
