Based on the performance in the written examination and physical test of the CGPSC Forest Service that will be conducted on March 25, 2018 CGPSC will be announcing the CGPSC Forest Service Result 2018 for the written examination, interview and physical test. The date of result declaration is not yet announced. The dates will be updated as soon as the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission announces the dates. The result will be announced on the official website at www.psc.cg.gov.in and a pdf file will be uploaded carrying the roll number, name and detailed description of the number of candidates selected.
The merit will be prepared based on the marks secured in the written examination, interview and physical test. The minimum qualifying marks in the online test for General Category candidates is 33% and for Reserve Category candidates it is 23%.

- Open latest news update panel
- Search for Forest Service Result link there
- Open it and fill the information as Roll number / Date of Birth
- Click on the “Submit” button to generate Marks details on screen
- Download a hard copy or save it on the device / PC
The merit will be prepared based on the marks secured in the written examination and physical test. The minimum qualifying marks in the online test for General Category candidates is 33% and for Reserve Category candidates it is 23%. There will be 150 multiple choice objective type questions with one correct answer (carrying 2 marks each) and there will be negative marking for a wrong answer @ 0.33 (1/3th) of the marks allotted for correct answer.
If two or more candidates secure same marks, then their relative merit will be determined by their age. Higher age candidates will be placed at higher merit.
The total number of candidates that will be invited for the interview will be three times the total number of vacancies available. Candidates who will be obtaining the cut-off marks (mentioned above) will be called for the interview. The candidates who have qualified both the written exams will only be invited for the interview. Candidates qualified in the written exam are the ones who will be eligible to sit for the interview.
