DRDO CEPTAM 9 Application Form 2019
All candidates must apply online through the link available on CEPTEM Notice Board. Applications received by any other mode will be summarily rejected. Candidates who will fill the application form on time will only be eligible to download their E-admit Card. Eligibility of the candidates will be considered on the strength of the information furnished on the online application form. So, make sure that you have filled in the complete and correct information in the online application form.

Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) is to be paid by the candidate. The fee should be paid separately for each postcode applied. Application fee paid by the candidates who have not submitted their application or whose application is rejected, will not be refunded.
Exemption From Payment of Fee: All women and SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, as per Govt. of India rules.
Ex-servicemen, who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government on regular basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to ex-servicemen for their reemployment, are NOT eligible for fee concession.
Mode of Payment: Fee is to be paid online through credit card/debit card/net banking. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. All applicable charges will be borne by the candidates only.
Documents required to fill the Online Application
Keep following Documents and their scanned copies ready before applying for Online Application
- Photograph: Use only recent colour photograph taken within last 30 days with white background, the face should be clearly visible on the photo; dimension of the photo should be of Height 4.5cm & Width 3.5cm, Size should be between 20KB-35KB and in JPG/JPEG or jpg/jpeg format
- Signature: Signature on plain white paper WITH BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN, Size should be between 20KB-35KB and in JPG/JPEG or jpg/jpeg format.
- 10th class or equivalent Certificates: 10th Class or Equivalent Certificate Size should be between 50KB-100KB and in JPG/JPEG or jpg/jpeg format.
- Certificate from ITI(NCVT/SCVT)/ NTC/NAC as applicable /Certificate of minimum one year (Final/Provisional): EQR Size should be between 50KB-100KB and in JPG/JPEG or jpg/jpeg format.
How to Apply for DRDO CEPTAM 9?
Candidates must satisfy themselves, before applying, about their eligibility for the post. Candidates are, therefore, urged to carefully read the advertisement and complete the application form and submit the same as per the instructions to avoid rejection later. All candidates must apply online through the link available on CEPTAM notice board as per the instruction given below:
Step 1: New registration
Clicking on “New Registration” link in the home page would take candidate to Registration page where candidate is required to enter mandatory details for Registration i.e. ‘Name’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Gender’, Mobile No.’, ‘Email ID’, Category, Subcategory (if applicable) etc which will be reflected in the online application.
After successful registration, User ID and Password will be sent to the candidate’s registered Email ID and the same will also be displayed on the computer screen. The User ID/Email ID and Password is required to enter every time for Login.
Step 2: Login
Clicking on “Login” (only for the registered candidate) link would open “login” page where the candidate has to enter registered User ID/Email ID and password. After a successful login, it will redirect to Application Portal.
Step 3: New Application
Click on “New Application” link to apply, which comprises of five different sections to be filled by the candidate. All sections are mandatory to be filled by the candidate. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. In the application form, candidates will have to fill the following details:
- Personal Details
- Post/EQR Details
- Upload Documents
- Fee payment (if applicable).
Step 4: Saved Application
Clicking on “Saved Application”, a candidate can check the Status, Application Details (like Post, Exam City, Uploaded Documents) and Activity of Pending application, successfully submitted the application. Candidate can also edit their pending Application(s)and Download/Print the successfully submitted application(s).
Step 5: Print Application
For printing the application, one can click on the link “Print Application” available on the home page. You need to Login for printing application, logging on will take you directly to the saved application menu where you will find the application(s) to be printed.
Applying for more than one Post: With the same registration details, one can apply for more than one post from the “New Application” link provided. The Personal Details will be frozen and in non-editable form, a candidate can select the new Post and fill/edit the related fields according to the new Post like EQR details, Subject in EQR, upload EQR document, etc.
