How ICDS Bihar Lady Supervisor Result / Merit 2019 is calculated?

The ICDS Bihar Lady Supervisor recruitment has to be carried out in two ways, one is the direct recruitment and the other is through aaganvadi workers. The result will be calculated based on specific criteria designed by the ICDS which is different for both the ways of recruitment. For direct recruitment those candidates who pass the eligibility criteria will be selected on the basis of average of the marks scored by them in 10th, 12th and graduation. Also those candidates who have done their graduation or post graduation or both in some specific subjects mentioned below will be given bonus marks.

For graduate in any of these subjects 5 bonus marks will be given and for graduate and post graduate in any one of the subjects continued will be given 10 marks.

In case of recruitment through aaganvadi workers, those passing eligibility will be awarded +1 marks for each extra years of work experience over 10 years. Also national award winners will be awarded 10 bonus marks extra and state award winners will be awarded 5 bonus marks extra.

What after the declaration of the ICDS Bihar Lady Supervisor Result / Merit List 2019

The candidates whose names appear on the pdf file of the result are selected for the post. The selected candidates will be recruited for the post of Lady Supervisor in the district of residence of the candidate. The selected candidates will have to appear for the document verification process. Only the candidates who is able to provide the true and valid documents will be given the final recruitment. Selection Procedure for ICDS Bihar Lady Supervisor 2019

The selection will be done on the basis of the marks scored by the applicants in their 10th class, 12th class and the graduation or post graduation in case of direct recruitment and in case of aaganvadi workers the minimum eligibility and the extra years of work experience will be counted.. Among all the applicants who have filled the application form, merit list will be prepared on the criteria given below as follows.

For Direct Recruitment

For direct recruitment those candidates who have cleared the eligibility criteria, their application will be evaluated. The average of 10th, 12th and graduation marks will be calculated and bonus marks if applicable will be added on the average to obtain the composite score on the basis of which final recruitment will be done.

For Aaganvadi Workers

The minimum eligibility passed candidates score will be evaluated on the basis of the number of years of experience after the minimum 10 years of work experience. Also the bonus marks will be awarded to state award winner and national award winner.

The final recruitment will be given after the document verification process. Also the final recruitment will depend on the physical condition of the candidate and she must be physically fit to complete the demand of the job.

Vacancies and Pay Scale

The vacancies are equal for both the direct recruitment and the aaganvadi workers. The total vacancies are 3034 including both the type of recruitment. Out of this 50% vacancies are for direct recruitment whereas rest of the 50% vacancies are for aaganvadi workers.

Pay Scale

The candidates who will be selected will be given the fixed salary of Rs 12000 per month. Apart from that Rs 40 per aaganvadi centre to a maximum of Rs 1000 per month will also be given.

• Sundays and national holidays will be treated as fixed holidays.
• 12 days voluntary leave can be taken in a year.
• Maternity leave can be taken at half the pay for a maximum period of 2 months.
