Indian Navy NAIC Result / Shortlist 2017 shall be declared by Indian Navy after the completion of each state and final merit list after completion of whole selection process. The Indian Navy NAIC 2017 Result for each phase will be declared sequentially one after the other viz. screening and Interview. The Indian Navy NAIC Final Result 2017 will be a merit list prepared drawn on the basis of the total marks obtained in Paper-II and Interview. After screening Indian Navy will be issued the shortlisted candidates list for interview. Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centres only through candidate’s registered e-mail id and also through SMS.
Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at Selection Centres. Interviews will be held from Dec 2016 to Mar 2017.
Candidates will put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival and details of the same are available at official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
It is to be noted that mere qualifying at the SSB interview does not confirm final selection. Merit list will be prepared Engineering Streams/subject wise on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate at SSB interview. Higher educational qualification, previews performance, NCC Background etc, have no roleto play. Those in the merit list and who come within the stipulated stream wise vacancies, and are medically fit are issued joining letters for pre-commissioning training at IMA.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for SSB interview on their e-mail or through SMS (provided by candidates in their application form).
