ISRO 2020 Scientist/Engineer Latest Updates
In Electronics, as a sufficient number of candidates did not qualify for a written test, candidates who had secured at least 60 per cent of the topper scores were additionally short-listed for interviews in accordance with the current norms.
In Mechanical stream, due to the number of vacancies and the number of candidates who qualified for a written test, candidates were short-listed for the interview in a ratio of 1:5.

In a view to containing the spread of COVID-19, ISRO has postponed the Interviews for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in the fields of Civil (BE004), Electrical (BE005), Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (BE006) and Architecture (BE007) till further notice. ISRO Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Exam 2020 Selection Procedure
Selection process for ISRO Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Exam 2020 is done in two steps which are discussed below.
Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria required by ISRO for various posts will be called for or shortlisted for written examination. Under this, candidates have to take the examination which will have 80 objective type questions.
Those candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for the interview round. The schedule and venue for the sme will be notified to the candidate through email. Final selection is done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the interview round.
