About JK SET
The University of Kashmir conducts the Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test annually in the state to shortlist eligible candidates for the post of assistant professor in several colleges and universities of Jammu and Kashmir. The examination is conducted in two different levels: Paper 1 is conducted first in which out of 50 questions are to be attempted and is of 100 marks and the time allotted to solve the complete question paper is 1 hour next is Paper 2 in which 100 questions are there and all are compulsory and is of 200 marks and the time allotted to solve the complete question paper is 2 hour. Candidates who clear both the papers are awarded with a JK SET pass certificate.
