Eligibility Criteria of JK SET 2021-2022
The eligibility criteria are essential norms for any examination. For the JK SET 2021-2022 exam the eligibility criteria are set up by the conducting body, the University of Kashmir. The candidates willing to apply for the JK SET exam must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
Norm 1 – Academic Requirement
- Candidates should have completed their Undergraduate exams from a recognized university.
- The Ph.D. candidates receive a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%)in masters for appearing in JKSET.
- Can get a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%)in masters for appearing in JKSET.
- The candidates should appear for the subject of their post-graduation only.
- The general category candidates have to secure at least 55% marks (without rounding off) and reserved category candidates have to secure 50% marks in their last qualifying exams.
- Candidates appearing or have appeared for the Master’s degree examination can also apply for this Test.
Norm 2 – Exemption from the test
- Candidates qualified in the NET/SLET/UGC/CSIR JRF exams are exempted from the SET 2021- 2022 exam.
JK SET Application Form 2021- 2022
The JK SET application form is published on the official website of the University of Kashmir. Eligible candidates can apply online through the following procedure:
- In the JK SET 2021- 2022 application form, applicants have to fill in their personal details, educational qualification details, preferable course, and preferable center for the exam.
- As per the specifications, candidates need to upload their recent passport size photograph and signature.

Candidates can download their admit cards through the JK SET roll number and password. To carry the JK SET admit card along with a photo identity proof to the exam center is compulsory. The JK SET admit card contains the following details:

JK SET Answer Key 2021- 2022
After the conclusion of the JK SET examination process, the University of Kashmir issues the provisional JK SET answer key for the exam on the official website of the J & K agency, set.uok.edu.in. Hereafter, candidates can access the answer key, compare that with their answers, and can object to the answer key as well. They can raise their objections through email – [email protected]. A final answer key releases after the evaluation of all objections. There is no procedure to challenge the final answer key.
JK SET Result 2021- 2022
After the release of the final answer key for the JK State Eligibility Test exam, the university declares the JK SET result online. Candidates can check their results through set.uok.edu.in. Based on the result for the JK SET exam, The University of Kashmir despatches the e-certificate and scorecards for the qualified candidates. Both e-certificate and JK SET scorecard can be downloaded online. Candidates need to enter their roll number and date of birth to log in.
JK SET Qualifying Marks
