Interested aspirants can apply online for the Kerala High Court Recruitment 2021 The online application form is available on the official website of High Court of Kerala. Read all the instructions carefully before filling in details in the online application form. The online application process has two parts:
- Step 1 – New Applicant, and
- Step 2- Registered Applicant.
An applicant’s application process will be complete only if he/she completes both the steps including submission of the online application. It is advised to candidates to provide a valid and active email id and phone number, as, any information or update will be sent through electronic means only.
Applicants should keep a scanned copy of the photograph and signature ready before filling in details in the online application form. The photograph and signature should be uploaded as per the specification provided by the High Court of Kerala. Step-by-step Procedure
Candidates need to complete the application process i.e. Step 1 and Step 2 before the due date. Follow the steps given below to apply for the Kerala High Court
Step 1: New Applicant
- The candidates should click visit the official website of High Court of Kerala at highcourtofkerala.nic.in/. On the homepage click on the tab ‘Recruitments’. Click on the link ‘STEP-I New Applicant’. This will take you to the next page where the option of ‘POSTS’ will be displayed. Choose the post you wish to apply for.
- Tick on I Agree and Proceed to fill the details in the online application form.
- In the online application form, candidates need to fill the following details:
- Personal Details
- Name of the candidate
- Gender
- Category
- Date of Birth
- Address for Communication
- House Name/ Number
- Street / Lane
- Locality
- Post Office
- District
- State
- Pin Code
- e-Contact Information
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Landline Phone Number
- Citizenship & Nativity
- Are you a citizen of India? (Yes/ No)
- Citizenship by (Birth/ Descent/ Registration/ Naturalization)
- Are you a native of Kerala? (Yes/ No)
- Key Number
The key number should be kept confidential and should be kept until the admission process is not over. The key number should be eight digits long. It should contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and any one of the special characters such as ! @ $ % ^ * { }
After filling in all the details, submit the online application form.
Step 2: Registered Applicant
After submitting the online application, candidates will receive an Application Number, which will also be intimated to candidates through SMS and email. In step 2, applicants will need to upload a scanned copy of the photograph and signature in the online application form.

The details given by the candidates during the STEP-II process can be modified till the Final Submission of online applications. However, the photograph and signature once uploaded cannot be changed thereafter.
Application Fees
At the end of Step 1, the candidate can take a printout of the system generated Fee Payment Challan by clicking on the link “Download Challan”. The applicant can also take a print of the Fee Payment Challan by clicking on the link “Download Challan” in the profile of the candidate in STEP-2. Applicants can deposit the fee in cash at any branches of the State Bank of India after two banking days on completion of STEP – 1 Process or on receipt of an SMS alert in this regard, whichever is earlier.
Note: Fee Payment done by Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Orders/Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted.
