How is Meghalaya Police Result 2019 prepared?

Selection for various posts of Meghalaya Police is done in 3 stages. After each stage, Meghalaya Police releases merit list for selected candidates.
The preparation of final result is done on the basis of candidates’ performance in all the rounds of selection. In the final merit list, total marks secured by candidates is provided. Rank of the candidate is decided on the basis of marks secured in all the stages of selection.

Meghalaya Police 2019 Document Verification

After the written examination of the candidate, document verification is also conducted along with the interview round. Candidates have to carry all the documents provided at the time of registration. Here is the list of documents candidates have to carry to the verification.

  • 4 recent passport size photographs.
  • SC/ST certificates. This certificate is applicable only for the candidates of Meghalaya.
  • Age certificate as per the HSLC/SSLC/ Admit card or equivalent certificate.
  • Educational qualification certificate.
  • Additional qualification (if any).
  • No objection certificate (NOC) for government employee.
  • Domicile certificate for general or open category candidates.
  • Certificates to carry to claim the bonus marks.

Meghalaya Police is conducting the armed branch group and unarmed branch, SF 10 group and follower group examination. To apply for the posts mentioned above, candidates must have knowledge of one regional language of the state (read, write and speak). To apply for Meghalaya Police, candidates must have a graduate degree. The selection Meghalaya Police (all posts) is done in three stages – Physical examination, written examination, and last interview rounds.
