MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021: The mains application form for the recruitment of Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate y exam has been released by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. The mains application form is available online from August 06 to 20, 2021 at the official website, mpsc.gov.in. The preliminary stage examination was conducted on March 01, 2020. Only those who qualify the prelims are eligible to appear in the main exam. Scheme & Pattern of MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021

The selection of eligible applicants is through a three-stage process. The first two stages of the selection process is the preliminary stage and main stage examination. Applicants can know more about the exam pattern of the preliminary stage and main stage exam here in this section.

Preliminary exam

The preliminary exam consists of a single question paper of 100 marks. The examination is to be completed within the duration of 02 hours. The question paper consist of objective questions only of the MCQ type. Check out the main features of the exam pattern below.

  • Language: The examination is to be conducted in the English language.
  • Sections: The question paper consists of a single section on legislative law.
  • Number of questions: There are 100 questions in the question paper.
  • Type of questions: The questions are of the MCQ type.
  • Negative marking: 1/4 mark is to be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Main exam

Preparation Tips for MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021

The Civil Judge recruitment event is not one that can be easily cracked. Extensive preparations are necessary in order to ensure that candidates can secure higher marks in the exam. The syllabus consist of papers on law and questions are descriptive type. Here are some important preparation tips to ensure candidates are able to perform well in the exam.

One must ensure that the have a clear understanding of all concepts of the included papers on law. This is necessary to answer the descriptive questions asked in the main exam.

Referring to the previous year question papers can help candidates understand the specific areas in which the questions are asked. Therefore they can focus on studying these topics with a higher priority.

Admit Card for MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021

MPSC has released the admit card for the preliminary stage examination. The admit cards for the exam are available through the candidate profile at mahampsc.mahaonline.gov.in. The applicants who want to appear in the exam must download the admit card at their own interest. In order to download the admit card, candidates have to enter the username and password generated at the time of application. Valid admit card is essential to enter the exam hall and appear for the exam.

  • Candidates must have a degree in law i.e. an LLB/LLM degree obtained from a recognized university.

Results of MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021

The results of the preliminary exam are published on the website consisting of those candidates who secure marks equal to or more than the cut off for the preliminary exam. It is compiled on the basis of the final answer keys. qualifiers are eligible to appear in the main exam. The final result of the MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021 is released by the Commission in the form of a final merit list of selected candidates. Such candidates are required to appear in the final document verification round. The final results are released based on the performance of the applicants in the written exam and interview.

Answer Key of MPSC Civil Judge Exam 2021

Answer keys are available at the website of the Commission i.e. mpsc.gov.in after the preliminary exam. The answer keys are released after the exam by the MPSC for the preliminary exam. Candidates must note that the answer keys are published only for the preliminary exam since the main exam is descriptive in nature. Once the answer keys are released, candidates are allowed to challenge the answer keys for a specific period of time only. The final answer keys are released only after necessary certifications in the first answer key.

    I have a doubt regarding eligibility criteria for the mpsc judicial services. Can the students with visual disability attempt the exam of civil judge junior ? And if yes , is there in any age relaxation?
