The RRB Paramedical answer key for CEN 05/2026 has not been released, because the CBT is only scheduled for 23 and 25 November 2026. In the previous cycle (CEN 03/2025), the CBT ran from 11 to 13 March 2026. The RRBs then issued an objection notice dated 20 March 2026, with the viewing and objection window open from 21 March 2026 until 29 March 2026 at 10:00 AM. In that cycle the key came as a link on the RRB websites where each candidate could view their own question paper, responses and the keys.

How objections worked in the last cycle (CEN 03/2025)

  • Fee: Rs.50 plus applicable bank service charges per question.
  • Refund: if the objection was found correct, the fee was refunded after deducting bank charges. It went to the bank details for fee refund that the candidate gave in the online application.
  • Payment: all bank debit and credit cards, RuPay cards and UPI, multi-bank retail and corporate net banking, and State Bank of India net banking.
  • Deadline: no representation on questions, options or keys was entertained after 29.03.2026 at 10:00 AM. The RRBs' decision on objections is final and binding.

Source: RRB notice on viewing question papers, responses and keys, CEN 03/2025 (20 March 2026). The fee was the same Rs.50 per question for CEN 04/2024, whose window ran from 06.05.2025 (16:00 hrs) to 11.05.2025 (23:59 hrs).

How to calculate your RRB Paramedical score

Under CEN 05/2026, the CBT has 100 objective questions in 90 minutes (120 minutes for scribe-eligible PwBD candidates). Each question has four options with one correct answer. The indicative section split is:

  • Professional ability (post-specific syllabus): 70 marks
  • General Awareness: 10 marks
  • General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning: 10 marks
  • General Science: 10 marks

One third of a mark is deducted for each wrong answer, so your score is correct answers minus wrong answers ÷ 3. For example, 70 correct and 21 wrong gives 70 − 7 = 63. To be considered, you must reach the minimum qualifying marks: 40% for UR and EWS, 30% for OBC (NCL) and SC, and 25% for ST. The same rule applies to Ex-Servicemen and PwBD candidates according to their community. For PwBD candidates the minimum may be relaxed by 2 marks if there are not enough of them for their reserved vacancies. The CBT is spread over 23 and 25 November 2026, and normalisation of marks is done for CBTs held in multiple shifts, so shortlisting may not use your raw score.

What happens after the objection window

The RRBs decide the objections and then publish the CBT result, which shortlists candidates for Document Verification at 1:1 of each RRB's vacancies. The CEN 03/2025 notice board shows no separate final-key notice. The CEN 03/2025 CBT result followed on 29 May 2026 (RRB Mumbai, RRB Kolkata and RRB Ahmedabad; RRB Chandigarh's board lists it under 5 June 2026).
