RRB Paramedical Result 2026: CEN 05/2026 Status, Score Card

There is no RRB Paramedical result for CEN 05/2026 yet: the CBT itself is scheduled for 23 and 25 November 2026. The last cycle, CEN 03/2025, shows the full sequence. Its CBT result was declared on 29 May 2026. At RRB Chandigarh, DV Round 1 followed from 2 July 2026, the Main Panel on 7 August 2026 and Part Panel-1 on 7 September 2026.

How the RRB Paramedical CBT result is published

There is only one exam, the CBT, so its result is effectively the selection list for Document Verification (DV). Going by RRB Chandigarh's CEN 03/2025 result, each RRB posts:

• A PDF of the roll numbers provisionally shortlisted for DV and Medical Examination, post-wise and category-wise. It is in ascending order, not in order of merit. RRB Chandigarh's list, for example, had 2 candidates each for Nursing Superintendent and Pharmacist (Entry Grade).
• A cut-off marks PDF.
• A score card link. You log in with your Registration No. and date of birth, and the facility is available only for fifteen days from the date of the result notice.

RRB Chandigarh's PDF is dated 29 May 2026, the day other RRBs (Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad) posted their results, although RRB Chandigarh's board lists it under 5 June 2026.

How merit is decided under CEN 05/2026

CEN 05/2026 shortlists for DV and Medical Examination RRB-wise, at 1:1 of each RRB's vacancies, on CBT merit, and only candidates who clear the community minimum (40% UR/EWS, 30% OBC-NCL and SC, 25% ST) are considered. Marks are normalised for CBTs held in multiple shifts. If two candidates have the same marks, the older one ranks higher. If they are the same age, the alphabetical order (A to Z) of the given name, not the surname, decides. Empanelment is on CBT marks, subject to clearing DV and the prescribed medical examination.

After the result: DV, medical and empanelment

1. DV: in the CEN 03/2025 cycle, candidates had to bring originals with two sets of A4 self-attested photocopies. Before their DV they also had to upload true-colour scans of their qualification, community, photo and signature documents at oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. Certificates must be in English or Hindi, and anyone absent from DV or the medical forfeits candidature.
2. Medical: in that cycle, the medical took place at a nominated Railway Hospital the day after DV (or as instructed), for a fee of Rs 24 only. Candidates were told to come prepared for more than 3 to 4 days.
3. Empanelment and zone allotment: the RRB allots a Railway zone or Production Unit according to options, merit, medical standard and vacancies. The RRBs only recommend names, and the offer of appointment is issued by the Railway Administration. In case of shortfall, the RRBs may go further down the merit list.
