The questions in this round are asked from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science, and General Awareness and Current Affairs. The candidates need to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the CBT to be eligible for the next round which is the Physical Test.
Stage 2 Physical Efficiency Test – Candidates clearing the CBT round will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in which one needs to perform the physical activities like running and weight lifting. Stage 3 Document Verification – Those candidates who clear the RRB Group D CBT and PET are called for the round of Document Verification. In this round, candidates need to carry the original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents on the document verification day.
Based upon the candidates’ performance in CBT, PET which is qualifying in nature followed by the document verification, eligible candidates are also required to pass the medical test held at the railway hospitals. Medical Test checks that the candidate is eligible to be appointed for the post or not. An important criterion to be recruited under the railway staff is Visual Acuity Standard.
