Telangana High Court Recruitment 2019 – The result for the various posts in Telangana High Court has been released at the official website, hc.ts.nic.in. The online examination for Telangana High Court Recruitment 2019 was held on November 04, 05, 06 & 07, 2019. The pay scale varies from Rs 13000 – Rs 66330 depending on the post. The selection is done on the basis of the following tests taken one, two or all three as a criteria depending on the post – written test , skill test and Viva Voce. Telangana High Court Recruitment 2019 Result

The result is declared on the official website which is (hc.ts.nic.in). The result is declared stages vise i.e the result of the written test is released first and then the subsequent stages. The candidates who pass the written test have to appear in the skill test or Interview or both depending on the post. The document verification is carried out in the Interview process.

Telangana High Court Recruitment 2019 Admit Card

The admit card is released after the successful completion of application process. The official website, hc.ts.nic.in contains the admit card, released as per the schedule. The admit card is released as per number of tests according to the posts. Different posts have different selection procedure in combination of any one, two or three of the following tests – Written Test, Skill Test, and Interview. To download the admit card OTPR ID and Password is required.

Exam Pattern

The exam pattern is different for the different post. The written test subjects are however same that is General English and General Knowledge but the level of questions will be different and depends on the qualifying examination.

Stenographer

  • Type – Objective Type with Multiple Choice Answers
  • Total Marks – 50
  • Number of Questions – 50
  • Marks for Correct Answer – 01 Mark
  • Duration – 60 minutes.
  • Question Break Up –
    • General Knowledge – 25 Questions
    • General English – 25 Questions
  • Language – General Knowledge paper will be available in English and Telugu languages both.
  • Mode of Examination – Online (CBT)
  • Level of Exam – Graduation Level

For post of Typist and Copyist

  • Type – Objective Type with Multiple Choice Answers

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the various posts is different. However the age limit and the linguistic qualification is same for all the posts and are given below in detail.

Linguistic Qualification

Candidates must posses an adequate knowledge of the language or languages of the district in which they are to be appointed. The list containing the languages of the districts are specified in the User Guide available in the official website of the High Court. Provided that where two or more languages are specified for a district and sufficient number of candidates who have an adequate knowledge of all the languages are not available, candidates who have an adequate knowledge of any one of the said languages according to the needs of the district will be selected and such candidates will be eligible for appointment in that district.

Age Limit

The candidates must be between the prescribed age limit. The age limit criteria is given below.

  • The candidate must have completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 34 years as on July 01, 2019.
  • The relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of SCs/STs/BCs is 5 years and in case of candidates with physical disabilities they will be given age relaxation of 10 years.
  • The relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of Ex-servicemen will be as per Rule of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules.

Educational Qualification

The educational qualification eligibility criteria depends on the post for which the candidates have applied. The specific criteria for each of the post are mentioned below.

Stenographer

  • Must be a Graduate from any recognized University.
  • Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade (45 words per minute), or equivalent examination.
  • Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in Shorthand by Higher Grade (120 words per minute) or equivalent examination.
  • Provided that if candidates who have passed the examination by Higher Grade are not available, those who have passed the examination by Lower Grade wiII be considered.
  • Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic
    technical qualifications, if any, will submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

Junior Assistant

  • Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of intermediate Education or Its equivalent examination.
  • Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, will submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral Interview along with other required certificates.

Typist

  • Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of Intermediate Education or its equivalent examination.
  • Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by higher grade qualification or its equivalent examination.
  • Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, will submit at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

For posts of Field Assistant, Examiner, and Record Assistant

  • Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of intermediate Education or its equivalent examination.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, will submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

Copyist

  • Must have passed Intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of Intermediate Education or its equivalent.
  • Must have passed Telangana Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by higher grade qualification or its equivalent examination. Provided that candidates who have passed the examination by the higher grade are not available those who have passed the examination by the lower grade may be considered.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, shall submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

Process Server

  • Must have passed SSC examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination.
  • The candidates who have higher than the prescribed academic and technical qualifications, if any, shall submit the concerned certificates at the time of oral interview along with other required certificates.

Office Subordinate

  • Must have passed 7th Class examination or its equivalent examination. Candidates who failed 10th Class will be considered eligible, but those who have higher qualifications than that will not be considered eligible.
  • The applicants have to state in their online application, the professional skills they have, such as, cooking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting etc., For the purpose of performing duties with respect of their professional skills at the residences of Judicial Officers.

Telangana High Court Recruitment Application Form 2019

The application form need to be filled online only at the official website of the Telangana High Court (hc.ts.nic.in). To fill the application form registration need to be done first. The details like Post Name, Father’s Name, Date of birth etc have to be filled to register. A unique mobile number and email Id is required to fill the application form.

How to Fill the form?

  • Register to receive OTPR ID and Password
  • Login and fill the application form
  • More than one application form can be filled via single OTPR ID.
  • Enter the details as asked in the application form.
  • Upload recent Photograph and Signature.
  • Fee Payment.

Telangana High Court Selection Procedure 2019

The selection procedure is different for various posts and is given in details below.

Stenographer

The selection will be done on the basis of the examination which will be conducted in online computer based mode. Those passing this examination will have to appear for the skill test which will be of Stenography. The marks assigned for skill test are 30 marks. The selected candidates will appear in the viva voce. The marks breakup of each of the exam is given below.

Junior Assistant

The selection will be done on the basis of the entrance test followed by a Interview. There is no skill test in this case. The candidate must clear the written examination (online) to be eligible to appear in the Interview. The weightage of the marks for each of these stages is given below.

Document Verification

The candidates who pass the written test or the written test and skill test both (if applicable) will have to appear for the Interview in which the process of document verification will be carried out. The document verification process is mandatory for all the post and the final selection is given only when the documents are found to be true and valid. The following documents need to be carried to the exam center.

Document Required –

  • Original certificates of academic and technical qualifications, such as, marks lists, pass certificates, and certificate evidencing date of birth and community certificate in case of SCS., STs., and BCs along with two sets of Photostat copies duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.
  • The Other Backward Class (OBC) Certificates will not be considered.
  • Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen candidates.
  • Certificate in respect Of Local Candidates.
  • Study Certificates for 4 academic years from 7th to 12th classes
  • In case candidates have not pursued regular study, but appeared privately for SSC examination / Open School has to submit Residence Certificate from the concerned Tahsildar for 4 years preceding the year of passing S.S.C. examination
  • However, if the candidate has studied in two or more Districts, then they have to submit Study Certificates from 4th to 10th classes and where the candidate has studied for maximum period will be treated as local candidate of that District.
  • In case of Physically Challenged Persons, the latest certificate issued the Medical Board specifying the nature Of disability and percentage disability. .
  • No-objection Certificate from Employer (if employed anywhere).

Note: If certificates in proof of local candidature are not in accordance with these instructions, the applicant will be treated as Non-local.

Q. What is the minimum marks required to pass the written test?

A. The minimum marks required to pass the written test are 40 % of the total marks for O.C. candidates, 35% to the BC candidates and 30% for SC, ST & PH candidates.

Q. How many candidates are called for the Interview?

A. The candidates three times to the total number of available vacancies will be called for the Interview.

Q. Is there any reservation for the local candidates?

A. Yes, 95 % of the posts are reserved for the local candidates and the rest of the 5% is open to all the candidates.
