THDC Executive Trainee 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Desirable Qualification: LLB
MBA with specialization in personnel management (HR as main or major subject)/HRD / HRM or postgraduate degree in personnel management / IR / Labour Welfare or 2 full-time postgraduate degrees in PM&IR / Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHORD from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by adequate statutory authority in India with not less than 65 percent marks or equivalent to CGPA/OGPA.
For Public Relations
Graduate with 2 years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PR/ Mass Communication or Journalism from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/OGPA
Overall percentage of Marks
Candidates with not less than 65 percent marks, taking an average of all semesters/years, regardless of the weighting given by the University / Institute in Qualifying Educational Qualification to any particular semester/year, and also not less than 65 percent marks in XII & X examinations will be considered only. Candidates with a mark of 64.99% are not eligible and the same can not be rounded off to 65%.

Valid Score in the UGC NET June 2020
Applicants are required to appear in the corresponding UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2020 paper, as shown below, and to qualify in the same paper. The qualifying marks shall be in accordance with the standards set by the governing authority of UGC NET.

- The selection process consists of the marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding UGC NET June 2020 paper and the Personal Interview.
- Qualified candidates shall be selected category wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their scores in UGC NET June 2020, in the corresponding paper/subject, and according to the criteria laid by the management.

Weightage of Marks
The weighting of the marks obtained in UGCNet 2020, Group Discussion and Interview shall be as indicated below for the calculation of the final score of the candidate for empanelment:
- 80% in NET-June 2020 Marks (out of 100) in corresponding Paper
- 20% in Personal Interview.
Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates who belong to the General, OBC, EWS category shall be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond of 5,00000/-(approximately Five Lakh) and a SC / ST / PwD candidate of 2,50,000/-(approximately Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) to successfully complete the prescribed training and then serve the company for at least 03 years.
