How to check the Results of TN TRB BEO 2020 examination
TRB Tamil Nadu releases roll number wise marklist of all candidates who appear in the online computer-based examination on their online portal. Candidates must visit the portal at trb.tn.nic.in to check out their score. Follow the step by step guide on how to download TN TRB BEO results 2020.
Step 1 – At the address bar of web browser, type trb.tn.nic.in and press enter.
Step 2 – At the home page of TRB Tamil Nadu, look for the results link of TN TRB BEO 2020 examinations under “What’s new” section.
Step 3 – Click the link and enter login ID and password to open the candidate shortlist
Step 4 – Press CTRL + F and enter candidate name/roll number to check score.
Step 5 – Download the soft copy and take print out of the mark list for future reference.
TN TRB BEO examination 2020 Selection Process
TN TRB BEO examination scores are considered for the shortlisting of candidates for the certificate verification stage. TRB generates the shortlist of candidates selected for certificate verification based on a 1:2 ratio adhering to the communal rotation and other norms. Candidates in a marks tie-off are called for certificate verification. TRB Tamil Nadu publishes a fresh merit list of shortlisted candidates for certificate verification and call letter on the online portal.
Candidate shortlist prepared based on online exam score and communal rotation can be accessed from the online portal by visiting trb.tn.nic.in. Candidate selection for final appointment is based on the fresh merit list. Candidates emerging eligible after certificate verification recieves appointment letters issued by the Director of Elementary Education.
Documents required for certificate verification for fresh merit list candidates
- 10th standard/ SSLC mark sheet and pass certificate
- 12th standard/HSC/equivalent mark sheet and pass certificate
- Original copy of undergraduate degree
- Original copy of B. Ed / B. A. Ed. / B. Sc. Ed / equivalent
- Community certificate in original
- Tamil medium study certificate (for candidates who studied in Tamil medium)
- Disability certificate (for physically disabled candidates)
- No objection certificate (for employees of Indian Union/ State / local bodies/universities / quasi-government organizations under Government of India
Important: Candidates must produce communal certificates issues by relevant authorities of the Government of Tamil Nadu only. Certificates issued by authorities of other State or Union territory will not be considered for communal reservation.

TN TRB BEO examination 2020 Qualifying Marks
Candidates appearing in the TN TRB BEO 2020 examination must secure minimum qualifying marks of 50%. The minimum qualifying marks for SC candidates is 45% while that for the ST candidates is 40%.
TN TRB BEO examination 2020 Grade Pay and Pay Scale
Qualifying candidates through the entire selection process of the TN TRB BEO 2020 recruitment can be appointed as Block Educational Officers in the minimum pay of Rs 39600 – 116600 (Level – 18) under the TN Elementary Educational Subordinate service rules.
