National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Uttar Pradesh is a State Government health mission whose goal is to improve the availability of and access to quality healthcare for the people, especially for the rural people, the poor, women and children. The mission adopts a synergistic approach by relating health to determinants of good health viz. Segments of nutrition, sanitation, hygiene and safe drinking water.

Number of Vacancies
Candidates will be recruited in NRHM for the various posts as per the availability of the number of vacancies. The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased by the conducting body. The list of the category-wise vacancies is given below:

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for the various posts on the basis of the scores obtained by them in the two stages of selection process i.e. Written Test and Interview. Firstly, the candidates need to appear for the written test and will have to qualify it to be called for the next stage. The qualified candidates of written test will be called for the Interview. The final selection will be based on the total scores of both written test and Interview obtained by the qualified candidates. Lastly, the candidates will be called for the counselling where the qualified candidates will be recruited for the applied post.
Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, the candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria specified by the conducting body. The eligibility criteria for the candidates are as follows:
Age Limit – Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age and maximum 40 years as on July 1, 2017. The relaxation will be given to the reserved candidates by:
- 3 years for OBC
- 5 years for SC/ST

Application Process
Eligible candidates need to fill the application form for the concerned posts which is available on the website http://www.pariksha.up.nic.in or http://www.upnrhm.gov.in. the application form is available through the online mode only; no other mode is given to the candidates. Candidates can fill the form firstly, by registering themselves and then logging using their user id and password. Candidates must enter the correct and complete details along with the uploading of scanned photograph and signature. The last stage of the application process is the payment of the application fee which is Rs 100/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/OBC).
As the application process is going on, therefore, the interested candidates need to hurry up and fill the application form on or before the last date of the application process. No application form will be accepted after the closing date of the application process.
Admit Card
After the successful application process, the candidates will get their Admit Card few days before the examination. Candidates will have to download the admit card through the registered email id for the concerned posts from the above-mentioned websites as per the scheduled dates. Candidates must carry the printed copy of the admit card along with a photo ID proof and other important documents at the time of examination. Admit Card is an important document without which the candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
Declaration of Result
National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) will declare the result for the candidates appeared for the examination. The result can be checked through the online mode only from the website http://www.pariksha.up.nic.in or http://www.upnrhm.gov.in. The result for the concerned posts will be published in the pdf format for all the stages of selection process separately. Candidates who will qualify the Written examination will be called for the next stage i.e. Interview. Those qualified candidates will be recruited on the basis of the scores obtained in both the stages as per the available vacancies for the concerned posts.
Counselling
The counselling process will be conducted after the declaration of the result for the qualified candidates. The final selection will be based on the scores obtained by the candidates in both written test and Interview. Candidates will get all the information regarding the counselling such as venue, dates and timings through the above-mentioned websites.
Candidates must ensure that they appear for the counselling at their allotted schedule with all the important documents such as photo ID proof, Experience Certificates, Salary Slips and Educational Qualifications, admit card, printed copy of result etc. if any candidate will appear late or without any of the documents then his/her candidature will be cancelled.
General Instructions for the Candidates
- Candidates must ensure that they are eligible for the post applied for a list of the eligible candidates will be published at a later stage.
- Candidates are advised to apply online much before the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on to the website because of heavy load on interest or website jam.
- Candidates are advised to keep their registered email id active for receiving important emails at any stage of the recruitment process.
- The appointment of the selected candidates is subject to meeting the following conditions such as he/she must be medically fit, clearing a professional third party reference check progress etc. during the various stages of selection process.
