How is UPPCL Stenographer Result 2019 is prepared?
After the successful conduction of the examination, the answer key for the examination is released. It will be available on the website of UPPCL, upenergy.in. In case there are some answers which are found incorrect by any candidate, then he/she is given an opportunity to raise an objection against the same. To raise an objection, candidates have to provide a valid justification. Candidates are allowed to raise objections within 3 days to the release of answer key. After this, no candidate will be allowed to challenge the answer key.
After expert panel is done with the evaluation of objections, another answer key, which is the final answer key, is released. The result is prepared on the basis of final answer key only. The calculation of the total score is done on the basis of marking scheme. For each incorrect answer, 25% marks of the marks allotted for correct answers are deducted.

UPPCL Stenographer Result 2019 Selection Process
UPPCL conducts the selection procedure for the post of UPPCL stenographer 2019 in two stages which are
- Computer based examination (have two parts)
- Skill test
Computer based examination is conducted in two parts. In the first part, questions based on computer syllabus are asked. It will have objective type questions. A total number of 50 questions will be asked. Each question carries 1 mark and there will be negative marking as well. Second part of the exam also has objective questions. First stage of the selection procedure is qualifying in nature.
After qualifying first stage candidates are selected for skill test. A Hindi tying test and shorthand stenography test is conducted. Typing speed of the candidates should be 30 words per minute and shorthand speed should be 60 words per minute.
The last stage of selection is document verification. Candidates will be called for document verification only after he/she qualifies both the stages of selection.

What happens after declaration of UPPCL Stenographer 2019 Result
Once the result for CBT is declared, candidates are called for skill test round. To qualify for the same, candidates must secure 20 marks (40%) of the maximum marks.
The skill test is conducted to test the typing and shorthand of the candidates. This round is based on candidates’ performance in computer and the typing. Once the candidate is able to clear this round of selection, document verification is conducted. If any candidate is found not eligibile as per the eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature will be canceled.

Uttar Pradesh Power Cooperation Limited (UPPCL) conducts examination for the post of stenographer-III . The notification for the vacant posts (backlog) is released. A total number of 15 seats are released for various categories. To apply for UPPCL Stenographer, a graduate degree from a recognized university is required.
