UPSC CMS Application Form Fee 2020
The following is the fees structure prescribed by the commission:
- Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fees.
- Others are required to pay a sum of Rs. 200 only.
Mode of payment: The payment can be done by both online and offline mode of payment. Online payment to be done through Credit/debit or internet banking of SBI. And offline i.e through cash has to be deposited in any branch of SBI.

How to Fill UPSC CMS 2020 Application Form?
UPSC conducts the applications prcedure for CMs examination through online procedure only. In order to fill the UPSC CMS application form smoothly, check the steps below:
1st step: Click on the direct link provided on this page or visit the official website.
2nd step: After that click on the part 1 registration to start the application process.
3rd step: Soon after that important instruction form gets open. Read them and click on yes button.

4th step: Just after this a registration page gets generated. Fill in the details carefully and correctly.
5th step: Click on continue button and a new window gets open. It asks the candidates about claiming of reservation or not.
6th step: If yes then candidates need to fill in the following details.
- Photo identity number
- Photo identity type
- Select branch of engineering
- Select the center for the main examination
7th step: Therefore, the preview page gets generated containing all the information entered so far. Check the information and if any changes are there do it.
After clicking on “I agree” button, a print receipt gets reflected on the screen and a link for Part 2 registration. Click on the link to proceed the application form.
Part 2 Registration
Part 2 of the registration contains 4 steps :
- Selection of the exam center
- Documents uploadation
- Payment
- Declaration
Exam center
The candidates soon after part 1 of the registration has to choose the exam center. Only 1 exam city they choose from the given option. There is no provision for the change in the exam center after selecting it once.
Images Uploadation
The candidates need to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature, and one identity proof. The identity proof can be driving license, aadhar card, voter id card, passport.
Payment
For payment purpose, the applicants have 2 options. One can do in online mode and offline mode both. For offline mode, they have to print the pay-in-slip available at the payment option. That slip has to be submitted along with the cash at any branch of SBI. Candidates must ensure they pay the fees if doing offline one day before the end date of the application form.
Declaration
After all this thing and procedure, the last step and final step to finally submit the application form is to sign the declaration. This declaration is written by the commission itself.

Withdrawal of UPSC CMS Application Form 2020
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) provides the facility to applicants to withdraw the application form. Now, they can take back their application form if they don’t want to appear in the examination. Check the procedure below:
- Visit the official website and click on the link for withdrawing of the application form.
- Read the instructions carefully and provide the registration id of the application form submitted.
- Keep the registered mobile number. It will get the OTP for accessing the request.
- After the final acceptance of the request, take the print out of the authenticated receipt.
- After successful submission, an auto-generated email and SMS is sent to the registered email id and mobile number.
UPSC CMS Eligibility Criteria 2020
Eligibility criteria for applying for the UPSC CMS 2020 is given below.
Nationality
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- Subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or from Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit
- Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years and should not be born earlier than August 02, 1987.
Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must pass the written and practical of final M.B.B.S examination.
What Happens After UPSC CMS Application Form 2020?
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) releases the e-admit card on its website. The CMS admit card published can be accessed from upsc.gov.in. It gets released in accordance to the date announced in the notification. Candidates must note that no e-admit card is sent through post to them. It contains the relevant details about the exam centre and exam. So, it must be kept in a good position. Enter the roll number or registration id to download the admit card.
About UPSC CMS
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the examination for Combined Medical Services (CMS). To apply for the post of CMS, candidates must have passed the written and practical of final examination of MBBS. The upper age limit for this post is 32 years.
