The prelims exam consists of only one paper on “general studies”. The question paper is based on objective type consisting of 200 multiple choice questions. The paper carry 200 marks and will be of 2½ hours duration. The paper will consist of two (2) groups, viz. group- A & group- B. The Main Examination is to be held in two stages viz. written examination and personality test. The written examination consists of compulsory papers and optional papers also. Each of the compulsory and optional papers will carry 100 marks and duration exam of is 3 hours.
