The  Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, the released result for ASRB  LDC (DR) Recruitment 2016 Process. The result has been declared on  icar.org. in pdf form on July 30, 2018. The exam was held on February 24, 2018. The candidates who appeared in the exam are able to check there result in from below.

There is another recruitment as ASRB Stenographer which has concluded on June 08, 2018 by the declaration of result. For all the relevant information regarding the ‘ASRB Stenographer and LDC Grade III Result 2017’. The final selection is based on the candidates who qualify the skill test are arranged in order of merit as per marks secured in the Written Test (CBT) and as per the available number of vacancies.

The recruitment process included the two stages of the selection process i.e. CBT and Skill Test and on the basis of the marks obtained in both these stages, the candidates have been taken into consideration for the final selection. How to Check the Result for Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in ASRB?

To check the result, the candidates need to go through the following steps as mentioned below:

  • Click on the above link which says “Lower Division Clerk”
  • The result is in pdf form, so as soon as you click on the link, the pdf will open.
  • Pdf contains your name, father’s name, roll number, and category.
  • Press Ctrl+F and type your name or roll number.
  • If fill will containing your result it will be highlighted there.

Computer Based Test (CBT)

The candidates appearing for the CBT need to qualify it as per the qualifying standards are given by the board. On the basis of the merit obtained in the test, the candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test. The result of the written test uploaded online on the official websites of ASRB and ICAR. The candidates can check the result as per the following procedure:

Qualifying Marks for the Written Examination

The candidates are required to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination (CBT) in order to be selected for the next stage of the selection process. The qualifying marks prescribed by the board is as follows:

Resolving Ties

In case if more than one candidate will obtain equal aggregate marks in the written examination, the tie will be resolved by applying the following methods one after another:

  1. Date of birth, with older candidates, placed higher.
  2. Alphabetical order in which first names of the candidates appear.

Skill Test

After qualifying the written examination, the candidates called for the skill test which will be conducted in both Hindi and English. The result for the skill will be considered as the final result for the recruitment process. It will be uploaded on the official website of ASRB and ICAR as per the scheduled dates. The candidates who will qualify the skill test as per minimum prescribed standards will be arranged in order of merit as per marks secured in the Written Test (CBT) for the respective opted unit viz ICAR HQ/Institute/KVK etc. and will be recommended for appointment by the ASRB on the basis of their merit in the Written Examination (CBT) for the respective unit. The appointment will be recommended for only one unit which occupies the highest position in the priority/option given by the candidate.
