Assam TET 2022 Result Date
Last year, Assam TET result was released on November 25, 2021 for the exam scheduled on October 31, 2021 that is 25 days after the exam. So, this year candidates can expect Assam TET admit card 2022 25 days after the exam.

Assam TET Cut-off Marks
Given below is the cut off marks required to qualify for Assam TET Examination 2022. These are the category wise minimum marks required for Assam TET. Only those candidates who have secured marks equal to or above the cut off mandated by NCTE will be on the rank list.

Selection procedure
Candidates should get a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for qualifying the exam. However, qualifying the exam does not ensure recruitment. After the declaration of results Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan releases a merit rank list with the register numbers of qualified candidates. The rank candidate obtains in this list determines the possibility of getting recruited as an LP/UP teacher within the zone of priority. The recruitment procedure also relies on the number of posts/vacancies available. Two lakh candidates appeared for the Assam TET exam last year, which implies that the competitive nature of the exam is on the higher side.
Assam TET 2022 Certificate
After the candidate has successfully qualified in the paper I or II or both of the Assam TET examination, they will be provided with a certificate proving their eligibility as a primary level school teacher. Those who qualify for Paper I will be given a certification of eligibility as lower primary level and those who qualify Paper-II of the Assam TET exam will be certified as upper primary level teachers respectively.
About Exam
Assam Teachers Eligibility Test (Assam TET) is a state-level examination held every year by Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (Assam) along with the department of education of the state of Assam. The official notification, syllabus, eligibility criteria and exam pattern are available at the official website of Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan (ssa.assam.gov.in) eligible candidates may check that out. Assam TET is conducted annually to recruit teachers for both lower primary level and upper primary level classes in various schools within the state of Assam. The examination will be held in two stages namely Paper I and Paper-II.
