Educational Qualification – The candidate must be a minimum graduate from a recognized university. Post wise Educational qualification is given below.

Selection Process-Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of the online written test, group discussion, interview and psychometric assessment.

Probation Period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.

Service Bond: For those selected on Regular basis, they will be required to mandatorily execute a Service Bond as under: ‘Serve for a minimum period of -3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of ` 1.5 Lacs’

Eligibility Criteria

Finance / Credit (MMG/S
-II )
25 to 35 years 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business from a recognized University/Institute or CA or ICWA

Experience – Post-qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable).

Finance / Credit (MMG/S
-III)
25 to 37 years 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business from a recognized University/Institute or CA or ICWA

Experience – Post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable). For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years.

Sales  21 to 30 years 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Marketing/Sales/Retail. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE)

Experience – 1 Year of sales experience in Banks/FMCG/NBFC/DSA with selling experience of Banking products of any Bank/NBFC.

Trade Finance  25 to 35 years 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business from a recognized University/Institute or CA

Experience – Post-qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Credit & Forex / Trade Finance function in Banking/ Financial Sector (Experience of working in trade finance function including exports/imports / foreign remittances / LC / BG areas in large Banks/Financial Institutions will be preferable)

Security 25 to 35 years Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute

Experience – An officer not below the rank of Captain of Indian Army or equivalent rank in India Navy / Air Force, with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service, or an Officer not below the rank of Asst SP/Dy SP/ Asst Comdt/ Dy Comdt of Indian Police / Para Military Forces, with a minimum of 5 years service as an officer in such Force.

Exam Pattern

The structure of the online examination will be as follows:

Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test: 

Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion and Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/GD & PI depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and total marks secured in the online test as decided by the Bank.

The minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will comprise of online test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Sales, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.

For the posts in Scale II, Scale III, Scale IV & Scale V applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also.

Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.
