BPSC Judicial Service Result 2020- Bihar Public Service Commission declares the result for BPSC Judicial Service exam. Steps to check the BPSC Judicial Service Result 2020

1st step: Browse the official website of BPSC using the suitable browser, bpsc.bih.nic.in.

2nd step: Reaching the official website of BPSC, candidates have to navigate to the relevant link to check the Judicial Service result.

3rd step: After clicking on the link, candidates are directed towards the result PDF.

4th step: Here, they can check whether they have qualified the examination with the help of CTRL + F and roll number.

5th step: Hit the download button to save the BPSC Judicial Service Result.

BPSC Judicial Service Result 2020 – Interview

After candidates are able to qualify the mains examination, they are invited for the Judicial Service interview round. Separate admit cards are missed for the interview rounds. These documents are used for the verification of candidates eligibility and educational qualification for the post. Selection Procedure for BPSC Judicial Service Exam 2020

BPSC conducts Judicial Service examination on a large scale where several candidates participate. The recruitment process for this examination includes mainly three stages

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Mains Examination
  • Interview

Preliminary Examination:

This is the first stage of the BPSC Judicial Service examination. The aspirant has to take an offline examination where they are asked to answer Objective type questions. These answers should be marked by them on an OMR sheet. There will be 150 questions in total, one mark each. The total marks assigned to this exam is 150. The examination will be of two hours.

Main Examination:

The paper here is divided into two sections syllabus wise.

The first five subjects that are General Knowledge including current affairs, Elementary General Science, General Hindi, General English and Law of Evidence and Procedure. These subjects are compulsory and among which General Hindi and General English are of qualifying nature. The candidates need to attain at least 30% in both these papers.

The next section also contains five subjects. however, all these subjects are optional and candidates have to select only three out of them. The subjects are Constitutional and administrative law of India/ Hindu law and Mohammedan Law/ Transfer of Property Law, principles of Equity, the law of trusts and specific relief/ Law of contracts and torts and Commercial law. In all these papers the candidates need to get 35% marks to pass the exam. The total marks assigned to the written examination is 1200 marks.

Interview

The last stage of the selection procedure is the interview round. Here, candidates are accessed of their officer like qualities, their knowledge about the post. The final merit list is prepared based on the marks candidates obtain in the mains and interview round.

It is entrusted with various responsibilities such as conducting examinations, recruiting eligible candidates for various government level posts.
