EPFO SSA 2019 Previous Year Cut off

EPFO SSA SCALE OF PAY 2019
After recruitment, the candidates will have salary of Level- 4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) (Gr. ’C’) with Entry Pay Rs 25,500/- under 7th Pay Commission). In addition to Pay candidates will also be eligible for allowances as per rules in force from time to time.

EPFO SSA Selection Process 2019
Candidates can check the selection process of EPFO SSA 2019 below.
- Preliminary Exam: It is a computer-based test of 1 hour with 100 questions of 1 marks each. There will be 3 sections in the question paper. The candidates are selected in a ratio of 1:10 in this exam. The candidates who clear this exam are eligible for appearing in the next exam.
- Main Exam: The Main exam is a 2 hour 45 minutes long online exam of 230 marks. There will be 4 sections of 150 MCQ based questions and 3 descriptive type questions of 30 marks. There will be negative marking of 25% marks for every wrong question. The candidate will be selected in a ratio of 1:5 in this exam.
- Computer Skill Test: The candidates who clear the main exam will be eligible for the computer skill test. The typing speed and accuracy of data entry work of the candidate will be analysed in this test. The candidate will need to a minimum of 5000 key depression per hour to qualify this exam.
- Document Verification: The candidate who qualifies the typing speed test as per the minimum requirement and is shortlisted for recruitment will be called for document verification. The candidate will not be allowed for further proceedings if he does not bring all the required documents.
How is Result for EPFO SSA 2019 Preliminary Examination Prepared?
The candidates who are eligible and who have filled the application form correctly are eligible to appear in the preliminary examination. Following is the process of preparation of EPFO SSA Preliminary Exam 2019:
- There are 100 questions of 1 marks each.
- Every wrong answer is given -0.25 marks each.
- The total marks of each candidate are calculated.
- Cut-off marks are decided for clearing the exam.
- The candidates are shortlisted in descending order.
- The ratio of candidates shortlisted is 1:10.

How is EPFO SSA Main Examination Result 2019 is Prepared?
The candidate who qualifies the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear in the main exam. Following is the process of computing the result of Main exam 2019:
- There is negative marking of 25% for every wrong answer.
- The total marks of each candidate are calculated.
- Cut-off marks are decided for clearing the exam.
- The candidates are shortlisted in descending order.
- The ratio of candidates shortlisted is 1:5.

Note: Descriptive paper will be completely online, i.e. the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will have to type the answers using keyboard. Descriptive paper will be conducted online immediately after completion of the online objective test of Phase-II Main Examination.
EPFO SSA Tie Breaker Criteria 2019
In case more than one candidate secures the equal aggregates marks in Phase-II, then EPFO applies a Tie Breaker Criteria in those situations. Candidates can check the Tie Breaker Criteria for EPFO SSA 2019 below.
- Age of the candidates shall be considered and the older candidate will be preferred over the younger candidate.
- If the tie still exists then it will be resolved through alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear.
Declaration of Skill test (Phase-III)
All the selected candidates of Main Examination (Phase II) can appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). It is compulsory for all the selected candidates of Phase II to appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). All the selected candidates must appear in Phase III to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. The minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour for qualifying this test.
Note: Computer Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. Marks obtained will not be reckoned for merit ranking.
