Step 3: Click on the recruitment button under that tab.

EPFO SSA 2020 Exam Pattern
EPFO shall conduct the EPFO SSA 2020 Exam in three different phases and only the selected candidates of one phase can go for the next phase. Interested candidates can check the exam pattern for all the three phases of EPFO SSA 2020 below:
(i) Preliminary Exam (Phase-I):
Mode of Exam: Online computer-based test
Language: English and Hindi (Only English Language for English section)
Duration: 60 minutes
No. of Questions: 100 questions
Type of Questions: MCQ type only
Marking Scheme: Each right answer has 1 mark each. While ¼ mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Type of Questions: This exam will consist of 150 objective questions and 3 descriptive questions.
Marking Scheme: There will be negative marking of ¼th mark of the mark assigned to the question.

(iii) Skill test (Phase-III)
All the selected candidates of Main Examination (Phase II) can appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). It is compulsory for all the selected candidates of Phase II to appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). All the selected candidates must appear in Phase III to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. Minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour.
Note: Computer Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. Marks obtained will not be reckoned for merit ranking.

General Guidelines
Following are the general guideline for the candidates for conduct in the exam centres:
- The candidate must come with the respective call letters of the exam.
- Following items will not be allowed in the exam centre:
- Communiction devices
- Electronic devices
- Eatables
- Metallic Wears
- Stationery items
- Watch
- Calculators
- Wallet/Purse
- Papers, notes, reference tables
- The candidates with locomotor disability and cerebral palsy where dominant (writing) extremity is affected will be given extra 20 minutes per hour.
- There will bio metric data verification. Hence, no candidate should apply paint or henna on their hands.
- No late entries will be allowed in the exam center.
- The candidates are advised to come 20 minutes early to the exam centre.
