EPFO SSA Recruitment 2019 is held in 3 phases which are Preliminary exam, main exam and typing speed and accuracy test. All the aspiring candidates of EPFO SSA 2019 will have to clear Preliminary Examination (Phase – I), Main Examination (Phase-II), Declaration of Skill test (Phase-III) for getting recruited for EPFO SSA 2019. EPFO SSA Admit Card 2019
Admit Card for EPFO SSA 2019 has been released by the EPFO. The call letter for every exam will be anounced separately. The candidates will be intimidated about releasing of call letter through SMS or mail. Only those candidates who have applied for the recruitment can now download their call letters for EPFO SSA 2019. Candidates can download the EPFO SSA 2019 Admit Card by entering their Registration Number or Roll Number, and Password or Date of Birth on the official site of EPFO. Candidates must take a valid photo identity proof and photocopy of the same to the exam centre along with the call letter.

Documents required at the EPFO SSA 2019 Examination Center
Candidates must go to the EPFO SSA 2020 examination center along with all the required documents. The list of required documents for EPFO SSA 2020 examination centre below.
- A printed copy of the EPFO SSA 2020 Admit Card
- A valid ID proof (bearing the same name as it appears on the Hall Ticket)
- Photocopy of the same photo ID proof
- Documents as specified for the particular exam
Note: Ration card and learner’s driving licence is not considered as a valid photo ID proof.
EPFO SSA 2020 Exam Pattern
EPFO shall conduct the EPFO SSA 2020 Exam in three different phases and only the selected candidates of one phase can go for the next phase. Interested candidates can check the exam pattern for all the phases of EPFO SSA 2020 below:
(i) Preliminary Exam (Phase-I):
Mode of Exam: Online computer-based test
Language: English and Hindi (Only English Language for English section)
Duration: 60 minutes
No. of Questions: 100 questions
Type of Questions: MCQ type only
Marking Scheme: Each right answer has 1 mark each. While ¼ mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Type of Questions: This exam will consist of 150 objective questions and 3 descriptive questions.
Marking Scheme: There will be negative marking of ¼th mark of the mark assigned to the question.

(iii) Declaration of Skill test (Phase-III)
All the selected candidates of Main Examination (Phase II) can appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). It is compulsory for all the selected candidates of Phase II to appear for the Skill Test (Phase III). All the selected candidates must appear in Phase III to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. The minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour.
Note: Computer Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. Marks obtained will not be reckoned for merit ranking.

EPFO SSA Eligibility Criteria 2019
Candidates must check the Eligibility Criteria for EPFO SSA 2019 as further in case it later transpired that she/he did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts the candidature of the applicant shall be cancelled, irrespective of the result of the online examination. Note: The candidates applying for UR category cannot apply for vacancies against reserved categories.
EPFO SSA Application Form 2019
The last date for the submission of EPFO SSA 2019 Application Form is over on 21st July 2019. All those candidates who have filled the EPFO SSA 2019 Application Form before the last date can download their EPFO SSA 2019 Call Letter for the same. The application form for EPFO SSA can be filled online only. No self-typed or hand-printed form of application will be entertained for the written exam. Candidates must upload scanned copy of passport size photo, signature (in black ink), left-hand thumb impression and a handwritten self-declaration as specified by the authorities.

EPFO SSA 2019 Result
The result of EPFO SSA examination is available in PDF format of the official website of EPFO in the recruitment section. The result is a merit list of all the candidates who qualified the exam and are shortlisted for next level or final recruitment. There is a separate result merit list for all the levels of recruitment. The candidates will be selected in a ration of 1:10 in the result of the preliminary exam. There will be a ratio of 1:5 for preparing the result of the main exam. The final merit list of candidates considered for recruitment will be based on candidates’ performance in all the 3 phases of recruitment.
Note: The cut-off list for each exam will be declared with the declaration of merit-list only.
EPFO SSA Selection Process 2019
Following is the selection procedure for recruitment for the post of Social Security Assistant in Employee Provident Fund Organisation:
- Preliminary Exam: It is a computer-based test of 1 hour with 100 questions of 1 marks each. There will be 3 sections in the question paper. The candidates are selected in a ratio of 1:10 in this exam. The candidates who clear this exam are eligible for appearing in the next exam.
- Main Exam: The Main exam is a 2 hour 45 minutes long online exam of 230 marks. There will be 4 sections of 150 MCQ based questions and 3 descriptive type questions of 30 marks. There will be negative marking of 25% marks for every wrong question. The candidate will be selected in a ratio of 1:5 in this exam.
- Computer Skill Test: The candidates who clear the main exam will be eligible for the computer skill test. The typing speed and accuracy of data entry work of the candidate will be analysed in this test. The candidate will need to a minimum of 5000 key depression per hour to qualify this exam.
- Document Verification: The candidate who qualifies the typing speed test as per the minimum requirement and is shortlisted for recruitment will be called for document verification. The candidate will not be allowed for further proceedings if he does not bring all the required documents.
EPFO SSA Salary 2019
The salary applicable to the candidates recruited in this post will be Level- 4 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) (Gr. ’C’) with Entry Pay Rs 25,500/- under 7th Pay Commission). In addition to Pay, candidates will also be eligible for allowances as per rules in force from time to time.

There is a horizontal reservation for the following categories:

The candidates claiming seats in the unreserved vacancies can not claim seats in the reserved vacancies even if a reservation is applicable to them.
