For Science Subjects, i.e. Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences & Life Sciences, the syllabus is similar to CSIR-NET. However, the examination Pattern is similar to UGC-NET, described above.
GSET 2019 Exam Pattern
Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2019 Exam Pattern is provided candidate can check to have an idea. The Exam is going to be Objective Type, there will be 2 papers. It will be held in 2 session in 1st session there are going to be 50 questions carrying 2 marks each. in the 2nd session there are going to be 100 questions carrying 2 marks each and both session will be of 3 hours. Paper-I shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. Paper-II shall consist of compulsory questions, (except mathematical science) based on the subject selected by the candidate.
