GSET Exam Pattern and GSET Syllabus are given here. GSET Exam Pattern is helpful for the candidates preparing for the upcoming Gujarat SET examination. GSET Syllabus gives an idea about the topics which are important for preparation. Details of all the papers, total marks, and a number of question are given for GSET Examination.
GSET Exam Pattern
GSET Test will consist of two papers. All the three papers will consist of only objective type questions.

GSET Paper I shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. 50 multiple choice questions of 2 marks each will be given, all questions are mandatory.
GSET Paper II shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks
There is No Negative Marking.
The questions in all two papers will appear both in Gujarati and English versions (except for languages and science subjects). In case of any discrepancy in Gujarati and English version of questions in Paper I, II and III, the English Version should be taken as final.
All questions of Paper II and Paper II will be compulsory, covering entire syllabus (including all electives, without options). Syllabi for all Gujarat SET(GSET) subjects can be downloaded from the Gujarat SET Website www.gujaratset.ac.in. Gujarat SET Syllabus is also given here for your reference.
