The exam is conducted for the post of Primary Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, and for Post Graduate Teacher in the vacancies of the state government of Haryana. HTET Result 2020
The candidate who qualifies the HTET exam is given a teaching eligibility certificate issued by the School Education Board of Haryana which is valid for 5 years from the date of releasing of the result. If the result of the candidate is changed afterwards, still the validity is considered from the date of releasing of the main exam. Following is the matrix of relevant dates of HTET result 2020:

Compilation of HTET Result 2020
The result is compiled by evaluating the OMR sheet of the candidate on the basis of the answer key. The marking scheme is the basis of computing the total marks scored by the candidates. Candidates can refer below the process of compiling the result of the HTET Exam 2020:
- The answer key and the OMR sheet of the candidate are compared.
- The total no. of right and wrong answers are calculated.
- Every right answer is given 1 mark each
- There is no negative marking for the wrong answers attempted by the candidate.
- The total marks of every candidate is calculated.
- A merit list is prepared on the basis of cut-off marks decided by the authorities
- The candidate who scores minimum qualifying marks as per the cut-off are listed in the merit list.
Note: SC and Physically Handicapped candidates of Haryana will be given priority while compiling the result.
How to Check HTET Result 2020?
The result of HTET 2020 releases in 2 ways which are individually and in the merit list. Firstly, the merit list of all the candidates who qualified the HTET exam is posted on the official website. The candidate can find their roll number on this list by pressing “ctrl+F” and typing their roll no. The other way in which the result is released is individually for every candidate:
1st step: Go to the official website, bseh.org.in.
2nd step: Click on the link given for checking the result of HTET 2020.

3rd step: Further, the link will lead to another window, as shown in image below.

4th step: Here, the candidate has to select the course from the dropdown and his roll number in the space given for it.
5th step: Now, click on the submit button. The link for viewing your result appears in front of the roll number.
6th step: As applicants click the “check here” button, the result of the individual candidate appears on the screen. The candidate must print it for future reference.
Note: The roll number is available on the admit card, in case the candidate forgets his roll number.

HTET Cut-off
Following is the cut-off or minimum qualifying marks that the candidate will need to score to pass the HTET 2020 exam. This cut-off is applicable to every level of exam.

Qualifying Certificate by HSEB
The candidate who appears in the exam of HTET must know whether they have cleared the exam from the result. If the candidate qualified the exam, he will be given a certificate of Teaching eligibility from the Board of School Education Haryana. This certificate remains valid for the next 5 years from the date of release of the result. The certificate states that the candidate has qualified the TET exam from the state of Haryana.
If the result of any candidate is changed from “unqualified” to “qualified”, the validity of that result will be calculated from the date of releasing of the main result and not from the date of change of his result.
About HTET
The School Education Board of Haryana conducts Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test once in a year for recruitment of teachers in the post of PRT, TGT and PGT. The candidates who qualify this exam are provided teaching eligibility certificate issued by the School Education Board of Haryana. This certificate will be valid for 5 years from the date of announcement of the result.
