India Post Bank Recruitment 2016 Selection Process
For Scale I
Selection will consist of the following steps: (i) Preliminary Examination (ii) Main Examination (iii) Interview. The final selection shall be made on the basis of interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Examination / Group Discussion / Interview.
For Scale II and III
Selection will be made on the basis of an online testand/ or an interview. However, depending on the number of applications the selection process may be carried out only on the basis of an interview or a Group Discussion and an interview.Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection (online test, Group Discussion and / or interview
For scale IV and Above officers
Selection will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Group Discussion or Online Examination in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
