Age limit (as on 01 Aug 2017): Candidate’s minimum and maximum age must be 21 years and 30 years respectively.

Pay Scale :The selected candidates shall get good pay of Rs. 9300/- to 34,8000 with a grade pay of Rs. 4200/-

Application Fee : For  general category candidates is Rs. 460/- . Whereas candidates belonging to reserved category (ST/SC) have to pay Rs. 115/- as registration fee.

The application process has started from August 4, 2017. Candidates can apply till September 2, 2017. Application Process

The application process of the recruitment will be completed in two steps.

One is basic registration in which candidates have to register themselves by filling the required details. The other one is detailed registration in which, candidate need to fill the additional details like  Personal details, Address for Correspondence, Educational Details etc., After this, candidate have to pay the application fee through SBI Collect, then upload the Photograph and signature to complete the Registration. Exam Pattern

Preliminary examination

The preliminary examination will be a computer based test. Candidates shall get 2 Hours to complete the examination. There will be 120 questions in the paper. For every correct answer 3 marks will be awarded and for every wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted. The subject and the number of questions are given below in the table:

Main Exam

After the preliminary examination, main examination will be held. Candidates who shall qualify the preliminary examination will appear in the malin examination for the post. The main examination will have 3 papers. The exam pattern for all the three papers is discussed below.

Paper I- General Hindi and Language knowledge

This paper shall comprise of 120 questions in which 60 questions are asked from hindi grammar and 60 questions from the hindi literature. The candidates shall get 2 Hours to complete the examination. Candidates should obtain at least 30 marks in each section to pass in this paper.

Paper II- General Knowledge

Paper II contains 120 questions and the candidate shall get 2 Hours to complete the paper II.

The paper will comprise of questions related to mathematics, computer, general science, Current affairs, Sports or cinema and mental capacity check. Each topic will have 20 questions each.

Paper III- Professional Knowledge

The paper shall contain 3 parts. In this paper questions from diploma or graduation level will be asked.  It will contain 120 questions in total and candidate shall get 2 Hours to complete the paper III.

Physical Fitness Test
After the preliminary and main examination, physical fitness test will be held for the candidates who shall qualify the preliminary and main examination. In this test, candidates will be examined on the basis of their physical strength. The candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:3 for the physical fitness test. The criteria of the physical fitness test is given below:

Criteria for a physical Fitness

For males 8 Kilometers race in 60 minutes
For females 4 Kilometers race in 35 minutes

The admit card for Jharkhand Police Radio Sub Inspector Wireless Competitive Examination 2017 shall be published on the official website of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission at jscc.nic.in The admit card will be available in the month of September 207. Candidates must download it from the website and should take a printout and retain it till the selection. The admit card is the key to the examination hall. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the valid admit card. The admit card shall indicate the important information regarding the examination such as date, time and centre of the examination.

Result Declaration and the Merit list

Result of Jharkhand Police Radio Sub Inspector Wireless Competitive Examination 2017 will be declared after the successful commencement of the examination. A common merit list will be prepared for the candidates who will qualify the physical fitness test and the medical fitness criteria.
