Karnataka Police Answer Key 2021 – Download KSISF Sub Inspector, Armed Police Constable Men (rec19.ksp-online.in)

Karnataka Police Answer Key 2021 will be posted on the official website of respective post recruitment portal by Karnataka State Police (KSP). The answer key is available to everyone on the official website in PDF format. The answer key will be a list of all the correct answers considered for checking the response sheet of the candidate. The written exam has 100 questions of MCQ type. Every right answer is awarded 1 mark each. While every wrong answer has 0.25 mark each. The answer key can be objected and there is no fee to be paid for objecting the answer key. For more information, read the passage below

Karnataka Police Answer Key 2021

The answer is first posted in provisional form and can be questioned by the candidates. The objections raised by the candidate must be sent via post to the office of KSP as per the precise format. How to use the answer key to know the result.

The answer key can be used to know the result of the written exam. Following is the process of using the answer key to know your result:

  • Candidate must download the answer key and analyze it thoroughly.
  • Calculate no. of right answers
  • Calculate no. of wrong answers
  • Award right answer 1 mark each
  • Deduct 25% marks for every wrong answer

The formula for calculating the total marks scored is:

Marks scored= (1x No. of right answers)- (0.25x no. of wrong answers)

Provisional and final answer key 2021

There are 2 types of answer key posted on the official website i.e. provisional answer key and final answer key. The answer key is the set of all the right answers considered for evaluating the response sheet of the candidate. The provisional mark sheet can be objected until the last date of objection. The last date of objecting the answer key is specified on the official website only. The final answer key only has the difference or change regarding the provisional answer key. It does not contain answers to all the questions but rather just the changes and revaluation in the provisional answer key.

How to download the answer key 2021?

Following is the process of downloading the final as well as the provisional answer key is given below:

Step 1: Go to the official website of KPS.

Step 2: Click on the link given for the corresponding post.

Step 3: A new tab will open for the corresponding post. Click on the link given for downloading the answer key.

Step 4: Here, the answer key will appear on the screen. Download it and use it to calculate the result.

Note: The provisional answer key and the final answer key can be downloaded in the same manner.

Following are the details available in the provisional answer key:

  • Series of question paper 
  • Question no.
  • Suggested answer code (a,b,c,d)

  • Note of address for sending the objections

Objection

There are instances when the answers suggested in the answer key can be wrong. The candidates may not agree with the answers suggested in the provisional answer key. The answers suggested can hence, be objected. No fee is charged for objecting to the answer key. The candidate can write the question no. and remarks related to the objection. Candidates can also suggest the probable answer for the query raised. The candidate must send it through the post to the “Additional Director General of Police, Recruitment, Carlton House, Palace Road, Bengaluru -560001”. There is no provision for online objection rising. Following is the format of objecting the answer key:

How to Raise Objection

The objection for the answer key can be raised by filling the form as prescribed in the format. Following is the process of objecting the answer key:

Step 1: The candidate must go to the official website of particular post recruitment.

Step 2: Download the format given on the official website for objecting the answer key and note the address to which the objections are to be sent.

Step 3: Take a print out of the objection format

Step 4: Fill the objection format as per the details needed and fill the remark section as well.

Step 5: Attach the basis on which the objection is raised for the answer key

Step 6: Post the objection to the address specified on the official website.

Result

The result of the written exam is posted on the official website of the respective post recruitment. The result is always in PDF format available for all the candidates. Result is the list of all the shortlisted candidates for the next step in the recruitment process with marks obtained by them. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in all the test of the recruitment process. The final merit list consists of name roll no and application no. of all the shortlisted candidates.
