Karnataka Police Result 2021 Compilation
The result for the recruitment process is prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in all the tests. Following is the recruitment procedure for result compilation:
1.Written Test: The written test consists of questions of 1 mark each. All the questions in the question paper are of MCQ type only. Each question has 4 MCQ answers. Every wrong answer is awarded -25% marks each. A selection list of all the shortlisted candidates is posted on the official website of the respective post. Candidate must carry his admit card with him.
2. Endurance test and physical eligibility test: The candidate must only be considered for recruitment if he passes this test. The candidate who is not eligible as per the physical eligibility test will be eliminated for the endurance test. After the endurance test, the candidates are required to complete the given tasks in a limited time. Following are the parameters for selection through this test:

3. Viva exam: The viva exam is optional for some posts. It may not be criteria for selection in other posts. The viva exam is a face-to-face question-answer round for judging the aptitude, attitude and presence of mind of the candidate.
4. Medical Examination: The final list is prepared on the basis of the medical examination of the candidate. If the candidate passes the medical examination overall then he will be considered for recruitment on the respective post.
Tie breaking for Karnataka Police Result 2021
If 2 or more candidates score equal marks, then this situation is called a tie. Following is the criteria for selection through tiebreaker in such situations:
1. When two or more candidates have scored equal marks then the preference is given to the candidate who is older in age.
2. When the age is equal, then the candidate with higher education qualification is considered.
3. When the candidates have equal education qualification then the marks of senior secondary or graduation are considered as a criterion for tie-breaking.

After Recruitment
After the candidate is recruited for a post, the candidate undergoes training of 2 thick six months. This 12 month training is held in Karnataka Police Academy, Mysore or in Police training Center, Kalaburagi or any other center as determined by the Karnataka police department. The 12 month training will asic as well as personal training of the candidate.
