KAS 2020 Certificate Verification
Candidates who are selected in the provisional list have to upload the relevant documents. These documents should be uploaded in the original. Also, candidates have to produce these documents at the time of verification. No further opportunity is provided to candidates for certificate verification after the stipulated time.
A provisional list for the main examination releases having the names of those candidates who provide their original documents. The documents which candidate have to upload are as follows:
- To prove your age
- For your educational qualification
- Communitty certificate
- Service certiicate
- Disability certificate
- Medical certificate
- And other claim certificates made in the application.
KAS 2020 Selection Procedure
The selection for Kerala Administrative Services of 3 stages.
- Preliminary Examination.
- Main Examination.
- Interview round.
For preliminary examination, preparation can be done as per syllabus for KAS 2020. After the commencement of the preliminary examination, candidates are selected and ranked based on marks secured. The number of candidates selected for phase 2 of the selection procedure depends on the number of vacancies available. Mains examination is conducted for 2 hours for each paper. After the mains examination, the interview round is conducted. Appearing in any of the rounds does not promise selection. Final selection is done on the basis of the rank list released. The rank list is prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in the main examination and interview.
KAS 2020 Interview
Candidates are invited for the interview round after qualifying preliminary exam, certificate verification and main examination. The interview round is conducted to test the personality and knowledge of the candidate. The maximum marks for the interview round are 50 marks. After the commencement of the interview round, the rank list is prepared. This rank is prepared based on marks obtained in the main examination and interview round.
How to check KAS Result 2020?
Result for KAS 2020 is declared online. KAS result 2020 is declared in PDF format. To check the KAS result 2020, follow the steps mentioned below.
1st step: Visit the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) website, keralapsc.gov.in.
2nd step: Click on the ‘Ranked List’ tab.

3rd step: After clicking on that tab, a page opens having a link to check result.
4th step: Click on the ‘Download’ link.
5th step: Download the pdf of KAS result 2020.
Re-checking of KAS Answer Script 2020
Once the KAS rank list is released, candidates are provided with an opportunity to apply for rechecking. This is only applicable to those candidates who genuinely think there is a mistake in their answer scripts. Candidates can apply for re-checking within 45 days from the date of publication of rank list. Application received after the given period to apply for re-checking will not be entertained.
The process to apply for re-checking is simple. Candidates have to fill the prescribed form. Along with that, a challan is also mandatory to submit. Challan for re-checking of the answer scripts should be for Rs.50/-. After this, the commission will look into the matter and check your answer script again.
KAS 2020 Training
After the declaration of final KAS result 2020, every person appointed as KAS (Junior Time Scale). These shortlisted candidates are kept under the probation. The period of probation is for 2 years with a continuous period of 3 years inclusive of the training period.
The newly selected KAS (Junior Time Scale) officers shall undergo a training period. The period assigned for the training session is of 18 months. For the successful completion of the probation of officers, a departmental examination is conducted. This examination is for those who have not studied the Malayalam language in the 10th level. They have to pass the Malayalam proficiency test along with other departmental tests.

Kerala Administrative Services (KAS) is conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC). KAS is conducting for the first time for the post of Junior Time Scale. To apply for this post, candidates must have passed graduation degree. Along with that, a professional degree is also required.
