Record retention period for examination material (Original OMR Sheet/Attendance Sheet/Question paper etc.) will be 3 months after the declaration of result. After that no RTI shall be entertained by OFRC/any unit of Ordnance factories regarding this examination.
Merit List
Merit list for all candidates will be published on the website where the application form was submitted. In the event of a tie in total marks obtained by the candidates, following criterion will be followed to decide position:
For Non-ITI Candidates: by age seniority.
For ITI Candidates :
- Higher marks in Part-B
- Age seniority.
- If the tie still persists, it is finally resolved by referring to the alphabetical order of names i.e. a candidate whose name begins with the alphabet which comes first in the alphabetical order gets preference.
Reservation – As per the relevant schedule in the Rules under the Apprentice Act, 1961 and the Disability Act, 1995 and existing Government Rules. Final selection of the candidates will be made in order of merit in each category, separately.
Medical Examination – Will be conducted by the respective Ordnance Factory (for the selected candidates only). Date, Time and Venue of Medical Examination will be communicated separately by the respective factory only.
