Significance of FSSAI Result 2020

In the 2020 FSSAI recruitment event, eligible candidates are selected purely on a deputation/ short-term contract basis. Candidates are selected purely through the information provided in the application form and submitted photocopies of specified documents.

FSSAI Recruitment 2020 Method of recruitment

Applicants are selected base don the compliance with the essential and desirable qualifications required for the posts. No other recruitment examination or selection method is conducted by the FSSAI for this purpose.

All candidates holding analogous posts on a regular basis for the specified period are recruited on a deputation basis on Foreign Service terms or short-term basis. Otherwise candidates are selected from retired government officers on a contract basis.

FSSAI Recruitment 2020 Period of Deputation

The official notice released by FSSAI regarding the recruitment of government officials highligts the terms and conditions of recruitment after selection. Check out the details below.

• Selected candidates are initially recruited for a deputation period of three (03) years.
• The deputation period of three years is extendable based on the performance of the candidates during the period.
• Candidates who are already deputed in another ex-cadre post are appointed for a deputation period, not exceeding five years in total of the analogous posts.
• For retired government officials, the period of contract is initially for a period of 01 years. Extension of the contract is purely on the basis of performance during the period of deputation.
