RRB Group D Syllabus – The selection of the candidates for the posts involved in the RRB Group D recruitment is done on the basis of three stages: Computer Based Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Document Verification. RRB Group D Syllabus
Interested candidates who are willing to take part in the recruitment process must know that the number of vacancies released by the Railway Recruitment Boards for Level-1 posts under the current cycle, CEN No. 09/2025, is 22,195. The final appointment of the candidates is based on the medical exam which will be conducted at the Railway Hospitals.

General Science: Questions in this section are pertaining to the CBSE class 10th. The questions are going to be asked from the topics given below.

RRB Group D Cut Off for CBT Exam
To be eligible for the next round which is the physical test, candidates need to secure at least the minimum qualifying marks below (the actual, higher cut-off is determined after the exam, based on vacancies and candidates’ performance; no cut-off has been declared yet for CEN No. 09/2025, since the CBT is scheduled only for 3-21 August 2026). The minimum qualifying marks are different for each category. Refer to the table below to know the qualifying marks for the CBT exam category-wise.

Make a Routine
First and foremost part of the starting with the reparation of the exam is to make a schedule of what all to study in a day. By planning, the time will not be wasted. And you would be able to ace the exam easily. Make sure that the scheduled is followed.
Know Important Topics and Subjects
Students should know the important topics from which questions can be asked in the exam. Try and solve more of the mock test and previous year question paper to have an idea about the important topics for the exam.
Stay Aware
In the CBT exam, the questions are also going to be asked from the section of general awareness. So, one should watch the news daily and is possible to make notes of it so that it can be revised daily. By using this method, you can definitely score good marks in the General awareness section.
Take Breaks
