RRB Group D Result

The RRB Group D result for the previous cycle, CEN 08/2024, was declared on 1 July 2026 along with the category-wise and zone-wise cut off marks. Results for CEN 09/2025 will follow after the CBT concludes on 21 August 2026. Results are published separately by each RRB for the candidates who applied to that region.

How to check your RRB Group D result

1. Go to the official website of the RRB you applied to.
2. Open the result link for the relevant CEN and Level 1 posts.
3. Search the shortlisted-candidates PDF for your registration number, or log in to view your scorecard.
4. Check the accompanying cut off notice for your category and zone.

What the result actually tells you

The CBT result is a shortlisting decision, not a final selection. Qualifying candidates are called for the Physical Efficiency Test at three times the community-wise vacancy count. Clearing the CBT with a good score means nothing if the PET is failed, since PET is purely qualifying and cannot be compensated for by CBT marks.

Why your score differs from your raw marks

Because the CBT is held across many days and shifts with different question papers, the RRBs apply normalisation. Shortlisting is based on normalised marks whenever the CBT is conducted in multiple sessions for the same syllabus. A raw score of 70 in an easier shift can normalise lower than a 68 from a harder shift.

After the result

The sequence from here is PET → Document Verification → Medical Examination, and finally the panel or merit list from which appointments are made. Each RRB publishes its own panel.
