No RRB ALP result is due yet for CEN 01/2026: CBT-I is scheduled for 3 to 5 November 2026, so the first result will be the CBT-I shortlist for CBT-II after that. The previous cycle, CEN 01/2025, is at its last test. Its CBT-II result came out on 1 October 2026, and the shortlisted candidates take the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) on 30 October 2026.

RRB ALP results, stage by stage

CBT-I result: shortlist for CBT-II

Each RRB publishes a PDF of roll numbers, in ascending order and not in order of merit. Up to 15 times that RRB's vacancies are shortlisted on normalised CBT-I marks, among candidates who chose the same RRB. All candidates tied at the cut-off mark are included. CBT-I marks are not counted in the final panel. For CEN 01/2025, RRB Chandigarh's CBT-I result came on 12 June 2026, and its score card login stayed open up to 27 June 2026.

CBT-II result: shortlist for CBAT

Candidates equal to 8 times the community-wise vacancies are shortlisted on CBT-II Part-A marks, provided they qualify in Part-B. RRB Chandigarh's CEN 01/2025 CBT-II result shortlisted 3366 candidates for CBAT. It said that those above the Part-A cut-off who failed Part-B were left out.

CBAT result: shortlist for DV and medical

You must score a T-score of at least 42 in each CBAT test battery. Under CEN 01/2026, the RRB-wise merit list combines CBT-II Part-A marks and CBAT scores in a 50:50 ratio. Candidates equal to the number of vacancies are then called for document verification and medical examination, taking account of their zone and post preferences. If two candidates have equal marks, the older one ranks higher. If the age is also the same, the alphabetical order (A to Z) of the given name, not the surname, decides. The CEN 01/2024 CBAT result, published by RRB Mumbai on 1 October 2025, showed a score out of 30, with 30% weightage for ALP merit in that cycle.

Scorecard

Each stage's score card opens through a login with your Registration No. and Date of Birth, and only for a limited period. For CEN 01/2025 the CBT-II score card was available up to 16 October 2026. The CEN 01/2024 CBAT score card was live for 15 days from 19.00 hrs on its result date.

After the result: DV, medical and allotment

For DV, you produce original documents with two sets of self-attested photocopies, and upload your photo and signature on oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv before the DV date. ALP requires medical standard A-1. In the CEN 01/2024 CBAT result, candidates were told that medical examination at a nominated Railway hospital follows the day after DV, and to come prepared for more than 3 to 4 days. The RRB then allots zones by merit, options, medical standard and vacancies. The offer of appointment comes from the Railway zone.
