RRB Group D Result 2018-2019 – Railways Recruitment Board (RRB) is entrusted with the responsibility to declare the results for RRB Group D Result. A few days within the RRB Group D Exam, candidates can check their results from rrbcdg.gov.in. Candidates can also check their results in the region-wise websites. For the final selection of the candidates, they have to qualify the CBT, Physical Test, and Document Verification followed by the medical exam. • In the table above, find the link for the RRB which candidates have selected during application form filling.
• There, look for RRB Group D Result link.
• In the merit list, search the RRB Group D roll number.
• If the roll number is in the merit list, then candidates have qualified the examination.

• Enter user id and password to access the login.

RRB Group D Cut off – Previous Year Marks

In this section, we are discussing the previous year cut off marks for the RRB Group D exam. The minimum qualifying marks for Stage 1 CBT of RRB Group D is as follows:

RRB Group D Merit List and Score

The merit list and scorecard are two separate part of RRB Group D result and the candidates should know all about it.

RRB Group D Merit List: The merit list of RRB Group D releases in pdf form. In it, only the roll numbers of the qualified candidates are mentioned. The merit list is prepared on the basis of normalized score.

• If two or more candidates secure the same marks, then the tie breaking will be a break as er age criteria, i.e. the older candidates will be granted higher merit position.

All About RRB Group D Scores:

Raw Score: The raw score of RRB Group D is calculated on the basis of marking scheme. Candidates will be allocated mark for the correct answer and negative marking of ⅓ marks will be done for an incorrect answer.

Normalized Score: The Railway Board normalizes RRB Group D scores. The purpose of normalizing score is to make sure that the level of difficulty in the exam is the same and no candidate is a disadvantage.

RRB Group D Scorecard: The biggest difference between RRB Group D merit list and scorecard is that the scorecard is released for all the candidates, Whereas, the merit only has details about the qualified candidates. The scorecard of RRB Group D is released through login and contains the following details:

RRB Group D Document Verification 2020

The qualifying candidates RRB Group D PET need to appear for document verification round. In this round, candidates have to carry certain documents. These are to be carried as original and photocopy. The candidates are required to carry two sets of photocopy and these should be self-attested. Other than this, the candidates also have to upload the same documents in the online portal of RRB.

Documents needed for RRB Group D Document Verification:

1. Class 10th certificate
2. Class 12th certificates.
3. SCVT / NCVT (NTC / NAC) certificates.
4. SC / ST certificates.
5. OBC-NCL certificates.
6. Non-creamy layer declaration
7. Income certificate
8. Original discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen.
9. Photocopy of Aadhaar card (both sides).
10. Medical certificate for PwD.
11. NOC from serving employee and service defense personnel.
12. Minority community declaration, on non-judicial stamp paper.
13. Gazette notification
14. Payment receipt slip, if made through SBI Challan.
15. Self-certification by Transgender candidates.
16. J&K domicile certificate.
17. Decree of divorce / judicial separation
18. Death certificate for the spouse, in case of widow candidate who did not re-marry.
19. Self-deceleration by Ex-servicemen candidates. etc.

The important point to note is that the documents should only be in Hindi or English language. If the document is not in the proper language then the candidates need to produce a self-attested translated version of the document. The candidates who successfully pass the document verification round are called for Medical Fitness Test.

RRB Group D Medical Exam 2020

Candidates selected for the DV round are also required to pass the medical exam which is conducted at the Railway Hospitals. The medical fitness test is held to check that the candidate is eligible to carry out the duties associated with the post or not. The medical standards for posts in RRB Group D range from A2 to C1 as per the posts. One of the important criteria of the medical exam is the visual acuity standard which candidates need to fulfil. It is mandatory for the candidates to qualify the medical exam as then only he or she is eligible to be appointed for the post.

RRB Group D Recruitment

RRB Group D Recruitment is one of the biggest railway recruitment this year. Each year, the recruitment opens for Group D posts such as helper, track maintainer, assistant pointsman, etc.

The selection process of recruitment includes CBT, followed by PET and Document Verification round. In the year 2018, 1.8 crore candidates applied for the examination. Out of these, lakhs of candidates were called for PET and of these only those are shortlisted for Document Verification who successfully finish PET round. After DV, the eligible candidates will be called for medical examination. Candidates who will pass medical will be recruited. The candidates will be recruited at a pay scale of Rs. 18000, plus other allowances, under 7th CPC.

RRB Group D PET 2018-2019

The number of candidates selected for Group D PET round is twice the number of vacancies. The physical efficiency test will include:

• Weight lifting
• Running

This is applicable for both male and female candidates and the criteria are as follows:
