Travel Pass for SC / ST Applicants
Candidates belonging to SC / ST category will be eligible to get the travel authority pass to travel by the railways for free throughout the recruitment process. The reserved category candidates are only going to get the pass if they have submitted the caste certificate while filling up the application form. While traveling by train, candidates are required to show the admit card and original category certificate stating that the candidate belongs to the SC or ST category. The facility of free travel authority has only been given to the reserved category candidates.
What to Carry for RRB Ministerial Exam 2020

RRB Ministerial Exam Pattern 2020
Candidates should go through the exam pattern carefully and then start their preparation so that they will have a fair idea about the exam.
Computer Based Test (CBT) Details
Nature of Exam: CBT will have objective type, multiple choice based questions.
Duration of the CBT: For CBT, candidates will get 90 minutes. PwBD category will get 120 minutes for the exam.
Number of Questions: Around 100 questions are going to be there in the CBT.
Subjects: Questions will be asked from the General Awareness, Professional Ability, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Science.
Marking Scheme: ⅓ marks is deducted from the total score for every wrong answer.

Skill Test / Performance Test
Shorthand Test (Stenography Skill Test)
For the post of Stenographer, Shorthand Test or Stenography Skill Test is conducted. For this round, 10 times more than the number of candidates are selected for this round. In this round, students cannot take help of any editing tools and spell check facility. Hindi fonts like KrutiDev and Mangal will be available on the personal computer. The preparation of merit list is done as per the marks secured in CBT and Stenography Skill Test.
Maximum Marks: Shorthand test is of 300 marks.
Aspirants should have the required speed in writing to clear this test.

Translation test
Aspirants applying for Junior Translator (Hindi) are required to undergo translation test. Both English and Hindi skills are tested in this round. Candidates selected for this round is 10 times more than the number of vacancies. Translation test is qualifying in nature. To qualify this round, aspirants have to obtain 60% marks.

Performance test / Teaching Skill test
This round is going to be for the candidates who have applied for the Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Physical Training Instructor, Assistant Mistress / Junior School. For these posts, weightage of 85% is given to CBT and 15% to the performance test.
Candidates interested in applying for the post of Primary Teacher (Music), Primary Teacher (Dance) and Art Master (PGT / TGT) they need to clear CBT, performance test and skill test by achieving the ratio of 60:25:15.
In the teaching skill test, candidates skills like Teaching Ability, Teaching Methodology, Content Expertise, Appropriateness of material, Incorporation of recent development in the discipline, Communication skill, Presentation Skill, Classroom Management Skill, understanding of Subject Matter, Problem Solving ability, Decision making, Creativity, Leadership & Motivation Quality are assessed. weightage of this round is 15%.
Duration of the test: The skill test will be of 15-30 Minutes.
Marks: It will be of 150 marks.
Document Verification
Those candidates who will clear both the 2 rounds successfully will be called for the round of Document Verification. For this round, 50% more candidates than the number of total vacancies will be called for the DV round. Candidates have to be present at the day of Document Verification along with the original documents and 2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents. There shall be no extension of the date given by the authoritative body for the Document verification. It is mandatory for the candidates to be present for the DV round as then only they can be considered for the final appointment.
General Instructions
It will be helpful for the candidates if they are going to follow the instructions listed below.
- Candidates should make sure that they are present at the exam center prior to the reporting time on the exam day.
- Admit Cards are only going to be released in online mode. No admit cards are going to be sent via post or courier.
- On the day of the exam, candidates are not allowed to carry any electronic devices or gadgets like mobile phone, calculator and paper, books, written material.
- Students are not going to be allowed to leave the examination premises before the conclusion of the exam.
- During the exam, if a candidate is found using any kind of unfair means then he / she will be debarred from taking the examination.
- Applicants will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without a valid admit card. So, do not forget to carry it on the exam day.
RRB Ministerial Answer Key 2020
After the completion of the CBT exam, answer key is going to be made available to the students who have appeared for the CBT exam. The RRB Ministerial answer key 2020 is released in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRB. With the help of the answer key, candidates can match their answers and analyze their overall performance in the exam. Candidates also gets an option to file objection against the answer key if they are not satisfied with the answers.
