RRB Ministerial Admit Card 2020
The admit card will be issued to the eligible candidates in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRB. Candidates must note that admit card will not be sent to them through the post. An intimation regarding the Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2019 Admit Card is going to be sent on the registered contact details of the candidate. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry a valid ID proof, admit card and passport size photograph on the day of examination. The admit card contains important details related to the exam so, candidates should keep it carefully till the time recruitment process gets over.
Candidates belonging to reserved category SC / ST who have uploaded the category certificate while filling the application form will be eligible to get the railway travel pass free of cost. Only candidates belonging to the reserved category will be eligible to get the travel authority. This facility is provided by the Railways for the applicants applied for the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories posts. The travel pass will be issued to the candidates for the entire recruitment process.
RRB Ministerial Selection Process 2020
To be recruited for the posts which come under RRB Ministerial 2019, candidates are required to undergo the following stages listed below.

RRB Ministerial Computer-Based Test 2020
All the candidates irrespective of the post applied to have to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
Nature of Exam: The exam will consist of multiple choice based questions.
Duration of the CBT: Candidates will get 90 minutes for the examination. PwBD category gets 120 minutes for the exam.
Number of Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions in the computer-based test.

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Skill Test 2020
Applicants can check the various skill test specified for each category.
Shorthand Test (Stenography Skill Test)
After CBT, shorthand test is also conducted which will be of 300 marks. The number of candidates shortlisted for this round is 10 times more than the number of vacancies. Based on the performance in the CBT, eligible candidates are going to be called for Shorthand Test (Stenography Skill Test) round. In order to qualify this round, candidates are required to have a certain amount of speed for typing as given in the table below.

For this round, candidates are not allowed to use any editing tools and spell check facility. Fonts for Hindi like KrutiDev and Mangal is going to be made available in the personal computer. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the CBT and Stenography
Skill Test.
Translation test
Those candidates who are going to apply for the Junior Translator (Hindi) will have to undergo a translation test after clearing the CBT exam. The paper will be designed in such a manner that both English and Hindi skills are assessed. Candidates can check the table below to know the distribution of the questions in this round.

The number of candidates shortlisted for this round is 10 times the number of vacancies. This round will be qualifying in nature. Candidates are required to secure 60% marks to qualify the translation test.
Performance test / Teaching Skill test
Candidates applied for the post of Post Graduate Teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers, Physical Training Instructor, Assistant Mistress / Junior School have to undergo performance test. The selection of the candidates for this post is done on the basis of the ratio achieved 85:15 in CBT and performance test.
For PGT and TGT in Art Masters, applicants ability towards the creative approach, Aesthetic sensibilities, Observation skill, interpretation and Originality, Correlation with real life, Experimentation with different art Modes and mediums, Proportion in size and clarity and importance of colour, balance and brightness. Weightage of this round is 25% of the total marks. It will be of total 100 marks.
Applicants applying for the post of Primary Teacher (Music), Primary Teacher (Dance) and Art Master (PGT/TGT) are shortlisted as per the ratio achieved. 60:25:15 needs to be secured achieved by the candidates in CBT, performance test and skill test respectively. In this round, candidates are assessed on the various instrumental music, performance of dance, Presentation Skill, Coordination, Expression, Energy level, Rhythm, Experimentation with art forms, imagination and innovation and Artistic temperament.
In Teaching skill test, candidates ability is tested on Teaching Ability, Teaching Methodology, Content Expertise, Appropriateness of material, Incorporation of recent development in the discipline, Communication skill, Presentation Skill, Classroom Management Skill, understanding of Subject Matter, Problem Solving ability, Decision making, Creativity, Leadership & Motivation Quality.
Duration of the exam: The skill test is of 15-30 Minutes.
Marks: It will be of 150 marks.
Note: The skill test is given a weightage of 15%.
RRB Ministerial Document Verification 2020
Based on the performance of the candidates in CBT, Skill Test / Interview candidates are going to be called document verification. Candidates equal to the number of the vacancies will be called for this round. 50% more candidates will also be called for this round for the standby list. In this round, candidates have to present with the original documents along with the two sets of the self-attested copy of the documents. It is mandatory for the candidates to be present at the allotted date and time for the document verification round. Candidates are required to carry the following documents listed below.

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Answer Key 2020
The answer key is made available to the candidates who have appeared for the CBT examination. The answer key is going to be released in online mode at the zonal website of the RRBs. The Answer Key is a significant document as they are able to match the answers with the help of RRB Ministerial 2019 Answer key. With the help of answer key, candidates get to know their chances of getting selected for the further rounds. Candidates will also be given an option to raise the objection against the answer key if they are dissatisfied with the answers. After the objections filed, the final answer key will be released in which no changes are going to be entertained.
RRB Ministerial Result 2020
As per the final answer key, the result is announced. The RRB Ministerial 2019 Result will be declared in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRB. Candidates will be able to check the result in two forms merit list and scorecard. The merit list will consist of the names of the candidates selected for PET, PMT, and DV.
However, the scorecard will be issued to all the candidates who have appeared for the CBT examination. The merit list for the post of Junior Translator is based on the marks in the CBT. The final appointment of the candidates will be based on the medical exam which will be conducted at the Railway Hospitals.
RRB Ministerial Medical Exam 2020
In order to be recruited for the post, candidates have to pass the requisite medical fitness test after the document verification. The medical exam is conducted to ensure that the candidate is medically fit and of sound mind. The examination is going to be conducted by the Railway Administration at the Railway Hospitals. Visual Acuity Standard is an important criterion in order to be appointed for the posts in railway.
If a candidate fails to pass this test even if he / she has qualified all the stages successfully will not be eligible for the final appointment. To know the various categories of qualifying the medical exam, check the points listed below.
- B1: Physically fit in all aspects, Visual standards – Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without specs (Power of the lenses should not be more than 4D). RRB Ministerial Form Correction 2020
Candidates should fill the application form carefully. Although, candidates get an option to make changes in the application form. To make changes in the application form, candidates have to pay the modification fee of Rs. 100 via online or challan mode. After doing the fee payment only, candidates can make modifications in the application form. The correction in the application form can only be done twice.
Candidates are only allowed to make specific changes in the application form of RRB Ministerial 2019. Details like Zone, Registration no, Email ID and Phone number cannot be edited. Those candidates who wish to change the category from SC / ST to UR / OBC can also do by paying the fee of Rs. 250 along with the correction fee of Rs. 100. After making the changes in the application form, candidates should keep the revised copy of the application form with themselves for future purpose.
RRB Ministerial Application Form Status 2020
After filling the application form, candidates can check the status of the RRB Ministerial application form. Candidates will get to know that the application form has been accepted or rejected. If the application form is accepted, it will show that the RRB Ministerial 2019 Application Form has been provisionally accepted and displayed status will be positive. In the case of the rejection of the application form, the status will be displayed negatively. Also, the reason for the rejection of the form will also be given.
An SMS or E-mail will also be sent on the registered contact details about the status of the application form. There can be many reasons which can lead to the rejection of the form like submitting more than one application form, failing to meet the eligibility criteria, incorrect specification of the uploaded photo, name of the applicant is in the debarred list, unable to meet the educational conditions etc.

The application form is to be filled in online mode by visiting the zonal websites of the RRB. While filling the RRB Ministerial Application Form 2019, candidates have to choose the zone and posts for which they wish to apply. Now, enter your personal details like name of the candidate, father’s name, gender, date of birth, contact details etc.
After doing the process of registration, fill the application form by entering your registration no and date of birth. Fill in your educational details, choose the language of the exam, nationality, community, minority status, age relaxation, and upload the relevant documents like photograph, signature, and category certificate as per the specifications.

Candidates willing to apply for the various posts released by the RRB are first required to meet the eligibility conditions. The eligibility will be checked during the last phase of the recruitment process which is Document Verification (DV).
