Exam Pattern of the RRB NTPC CBT 3 2019

Based on the candidates’ performance in the CBT stage 2, candidates who have applied for the post of Station Master and Traffic Assistant have to appear for this round. In this round, candidates need to obtain 42 marks in each of the test battery to qualify this test. There is no relaxation of marks for the reserved categories.
Candidates have to produce the vision certificate in the prescribed format. The candidates can answer the questions only in English or Hindi. There shall be no negative marking in the aptitude test. The preparation of the merit list is done on the ratio of 70:30. 70% of the weight-age is given to the marks obtained in the CBT 2 and the remaining 30% to the marks in Computer-based aptitude test.

Students applied for the post of Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior
Time Keeper, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Time Keeper, Typing Skill Test (TST) have to appear for this round. The typing test is qualifying in nature and no marks are added in the final merit list. Candidates can refer to the table below to know the typing speed.
Note: In this round, candidates cannot use any editing tools and spell check facility. For the Hindi typing test, Kruti Dev and Mangal fonts are going to be made available on the personal computer.
Permanently disabled candidates are exempted from the typing skill test. Such candidates need to present the Typing Skill Test Exemption Certificate issued by the Competent Medical Board
RRB NTPC CBT 3 2019: Eligibility Criteria
A candidate is only eligible to undergo the aptitude test or the typing skill test if he or she falls in the pointers given below.
Qualifying CBT stage 2: A students must qualify the Second Stage of the Computer Based Test(CBT). As only those candidates are eligible for this round who clears the second stage successfully. For this round, the number of candidates shortlisted is 8 times the number of vacancies.
Vision Certificate: It is mandatory for the candidates to present the vision certificate in order to take the aptitude test. In case, a candidate fails to bring the vision certificate as per the format then he or she cannot appear for the exam.

How to Prepare for RRB NTPC CBT stage 3

RRB NTPC Admit Card for CBT 3 2019
RRB releases the admit card for only those candidates who clear the CBT stage 2 in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRB, 21 in the count. To download the admit card of RRB NTPC CBT 3, candidates need to enter registration number and date of birth. No admit cards are sent to the candidates through post or courier. Admit Card contains important details related to the exam like exam date, name of the candidate, exam session, complete address of the exam center, etc.
On the day of the exam, a candidate needs to carry the admit card in a printed format along with valid identity proof, and passport size photograph. So, make sure you carry it on the day of the examination. Reserved category candidates will also be eligible to get the SC / ST travel pass. This facility is only for the SC or ST candidates to travel by train free of cost. The issuance of travel pass is only done if the candidate has uploaded the caste certificate while filling the application form. During the time of the journey, candidates need to show the travel pass and caste certificate for the verification of the candidate.
RRB NTPC Result and Cut-off 2019
The board announces the result after the completion of the exam in online mode at the zonal websites of the RRB. To qualify the aptitude test, candidates need to score 42 marks in each of the test batteries. There is no relaxation of marks given to the reserved category candidates for the aptitude test. For the preparation of the final merit list, 70% of the weight-age is given to the marks in the CBT 2 and 30% to the marks in aptitude test. The typing skill test is qualifying in nature. But it is compulsory for the students to qualify this round in order to move further in the selection process.
RRB NTPC Document Verification 2019
The preparation of the final merit list is as per the performance in all the three stages which is CBT 1, CBT 2, computer-based aptitude test / typing skill test. In this round, candidates need to present the original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the necessary documents. Failure of the submission of the relevant documents will lead to the cancelation of the candidature.
If a candidate clears all the stages and does not appear for the document verification then he or she will not be eligible for the final appointment. It is mandatory for the candidates to be physically present on the document verification day.
