SBI Clerk Exam Pattern

Exam pattern of SBI clerk 2020 for preliminary exam and main exam is as follows:

Preliminary Exam:

  • Number of Questions: 100 questions
  • Type of Question: Objective type questions are asked in the exam
  • Total marks: 100 marks
  • Duration of the exam: 01 hour
  • Negative Marking: 1/4th of the total marks assigned to the questions is deducted for every wrong answer

Main Exam:

  • Number of Questions: 190 questions
  • Type of Questions: Objective type
  • Language: Candidates can choose between English or Hindi language, except for the English paper
  • Total marks: 200 marks
  • Duration of the exam: 02 hours 40 minutes
  • Marking scheme: .25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer
