After Paper I, a physical test of Candidates will take place for which candidates must perform a few activities to get selected:
- Male candidates
- 100-meter race in 16 seconds
- 1.6 km race in 6.5 minutes
- Long jump: 3.65 meters in 3 chances
- High jump: 1.2 meters in 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 meters in 3 chances
- Female candidates
- 100-meter race in 18 seconds
- 800-meter race in 4 minutes
- Long jump: 2.7 meters in 3 chances
- High jump: 0.9 meters in 3 chances

The medical test criteria are given below
- Minimum near vision: N6 (better eye) and N9 (Worse eye)
- Minimum Distant Vision: 6/6 (better eye) and 6/9 (worse eye)
- Candidates must not have knock knees, flat feet, or squint in eyes.
- Eye standards will be measured without any visual correction device.

About SSC CPO Exam
The SSC CPO exam is supervised by the Staff Selection Commission. SSC CPO exam is organized to recruit the candidates for the posts available in Central police organizations and administration. The positions include the Sub-inspector executive and CAPFs. Candidates selected for the appointment for posts of SI in CAPFs are liable to serve anywhere in India.
