Note: The SSC CPO 2021 refers to event of the SSC CPO 2020 which is being held in the year 2021. The terms SSC CPO 2020 and SSC CPO 2021 are therefore used interchangeably on this page.
SSC CPO Result 2021
The SSC CPO result for every stage of the recruitment process is released separately on ssc.nic.in. Candidates do not need to login to check their result. The SSC CPO SI/ ASI result releases in a PDF file only. The candidates who appear in the exam have to score marks more than the minimum cut-off marks decided by the commission to qualify the computer-based test.
The candidates appearing in the PET/PST test must qualify the standards set by the commission. The result for Paper-1 is qualifying as it allows aspirants for appearing in the next process. After the document verification round, the final merit is prepared by SSC for all the candidates who have been recruited for a post.
SSC CPO Cut-off 2021
The SSC CPO cut-off for Paper-1 and Paper-2 is pre-decided by the commission. The candidates must clear the cut-off score to qualify the exam:

SSC CPO Answer Key 2021
After the exam, the commission releases SSC CPO answer key on the official website, ssc.nic.in. The official answer key becomes the basis for evaluating the response sheets of the candidates. Aspirants can also use the answer key to evaluate the probable marks that can be scored by them. For every right answer, the candidate will get 1 mark. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted from the total marks.
The candidates can also object the provisional answer key by paying Rs. 100 per question. A final answer key is thereafter prepared after considering the objection. The changes in the answer apply to every candidate equally. No intimation for acceptance or rejection of a candidate’s objection is sent to the candidate.

SSC CPO Admit Card 2021
The SSC CPO admit card for all the stages releases separately on the regional websites of SSC. Candidates require their login details to download SSC CPO admit card 2021. It is released within 3-7 days before the exam date. No, admit card is sent to the candidate’s address through post or mail. On the exam day, aspirants have to carry 2 passport size coloured photo and photo ID proof with the admit card to the exam centre. Candidates are not allowed to the exam centre if they do not bear the admit card. No late reporting candidates are allowed inside the exam hall. They must read the instructions given in the admit card for conduct in the exam centre.

SSC CPO Selection Procedure 2021
Below is the selection procedure for SSC CPO 2021 recruitment:
- Paper-1: The first step in the selection procedure of SSC CPO is the Paper-1. This paper consists of 200 questions divided into 4 sections of 50 marks each. The candidates must clear the cut off marks to qualify the paper.
- PET/PST: Those who qualify Paper-1 appears for the physical tests. The physical tests consist of measurement of height weight and chest. The candidates must clear the standards set by the commission to clear the PET/PST test.
- Paper-2: The applicants who qualify the PET/PST exam appear for the Paper-2. This consist of 200 questions from one section of the English language. The candidates must clear the cut-off to qualify this stage. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer attempted.
- Medical Exam: The candidates who clear the second paper are called for the detailed medical exam. The detailed medical examination consists of various mental and physical wellness aspects in it.
- Document Verification: The candidates who qualify the medical examination is called for documents verification. The qualifications of the candidates are cross-verified in this verification round. After this round, the final selection list of recruited candidates is released.

SSC CPO Pay Scale 2021
Staff Selection commission has announced the SSC CPO salary. Candidates will receive 35400-112400/- as SI and Rs. 29200-92300/. Below is the pay scale decided by the Government for the posts notified by SSC:
(i) Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs: The post of Sub-inspector has a pay scale of Level-6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-) and is classified as Group “B” (Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial.
(ii) Sub Inspector (Executive) – (Male/ Female) in Delhi Police: The pay scale for this post has been notified as Level-6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-) and is classified as Group “C” (Non-Gazetted) by Delhi Police.
(iii) Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF: The pay scale of this post is notified to be of Level-5 Rs.29,200-92,300) and is classified as Group “C” (Non-Gazetted).
SSC CPO Vacancies 2021
The vacancies for SSC CPO 2021 is decided by the commission in the duration of the selection process. The vacancies are notified to the candidates through the official website. The candidates have to go to the “Tentative Vacancies” button under the “candidate’s corner” on the official website which is ssc.nic.in. The vacancy notification has detailed division of the vacancies and the reservation criteria as well. As of now, SSC has not released the SSC CPO 2021 vacancies.
Application Form for SSC CPO 2021
The SSC CPO application form 2021 is filled online only. But, the application fee can be filled in online as well as offline mode. The application fee for submitting SSC Central Police Organization form is Rs. 100. The candidates from the category of SC, ST and ESM are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates must have their mobile no. and mail ID while filling their application form. The documents to be uploaded in the application form is scanned JPEG file of passport size photo and signature.
The passport size photo uploaded on the application form should be taken to the exam centre along with the admit card. The application fee can be paid offline through SBI challan from any branch of SBI bank.

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India to apply for SSC CPO. If a candidate is a citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, then he must have the certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
